MAID 2 ORDER

We've been using this company for a couple of years. A few months ago, they went through an ownership change. Over the last two months, things have been going downhill. First, we had requested to have someone who spoke English to be there. We had to settle for someone showing up who spoke English then leaving as soon as they got there. They have a tendency to move things to clean around or under them, then not put them back where they found them. We have told them at least once to make sure they put things back. Yesterday's "service" was the last straw as they turned my house into a scavenger hunt as they not only moved things but placed them in random order around the house. The dumbest thing they did was to take the cat's litter box, put it on top of the counter in the laundry room, put the mat that goes under it on top, then place a rug on top of that. I don't know when they left, but I got home around 5 and there is no telling how long our 3 cats went without a bathroom. When contacted about this, the owner of the company blamed me for their ineptitude and complete lack of common sense then had the nerve to refer to our house as a "pig sty." It has been my experience that it is necessary to change cleaning companies, but usually it takes 3-4 years for them to decide to lower their service level in order to "exchange" you with a new client at a higher rate. Maid 2 Order's continued decline and complete lack of common sense and professionalism leads me to recommend everyone to stay away from them. If you are using this company, I urge you to leave before they do the same type of things to you.
