They were very prompt in responding to our initial e-mail, came out and measured the back length of our fence and gave us two separate estimates--one for wooden posts and one for metal posts. We chose the metal post option, but a misunderstanding led to wooden posts being placed instead. They offered to take them all out and redo them, but we decided instead to have them do some minor repair work on our gate into the backyard at no extra cost to us. We're very pleased with how the fence turned out, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

They were very prompt in responding with quote. Very professional from begining to end. I received 3 quotes off Angie's list fence companies and they were best value. The owner was on site working with his crew. They also did some extra projects for me. They have been in business for 30 years and their prestained 6' Cedar fence with baseboard, cap and cedar pole coverings over the metal posts is simply beautiful. They left the site clean. I highly recommend them.

Longs Fence did a great job of removing our 4 ft chain link fence and posts and replacing it with a 6 ft cedar shadowbox fence on metal posts, with 2 spring closure gates. The chain link fence had several bushes growing through the links that caused additional work. The work took 5 days. The worksite was kept tidy the entire time, and the chain link was removed from our property. Mr. Long remained pleasant even in the hellish 110 degree heat. My only wish was that I had requested handles on the inside of the gates as well as the outside. I'm allergic to cedar and hate to touch it.
