About us
Our service fee is $125 and only waived with a repair. We do not quote over the phone, so don't bother asking. Any experienced technician would tell you that there are too many factors involved, to blindly quote a repair without having hands on. We are not the cheapest, when you want a damn good service, you have to pay for it. If you are shopping around, go somewhere else. If you easily get offended, go somewhere else.

Exceptional work. I called them for my Sub-Zero because it was a leak that 2 other companies over 6 months could not figure out. James came out and was able to identify the issue very quickly. It involved some kind of coil thing, which I will say, was not cheap, but it worked. Within in just maybe 48 hours of calling them, the problem was resolved. It has been 3 months since with NO leak. Highly recommend.

"We came out with the pretense of understanding that another company had come out and taking a look at the machine. At that time the thermal fuse was blown. When we replace the thermal fuse as normal protocol we allow the machine to run prior to our leaving. When you had called us back we explained the circumstances that in order for that thermal fuse to blow out a second time in such a short period of time, could only mean that the pump motor assembly must be pulling too much amperage. As a courtesy we came back out at no extra charge and replace the thermal fuse once more. You were informed through every step."

This company is great! They bailed me out of a bad repair job by Appliance Masters. Georges Company not only fixed the problem created by Appliance Masters, but they even worked right up to Thanksgiving to make sure our oven worked so we could make our Thanksgiving meal. They are the best!

I paid over $200 for a fuse to be replaced. The dryer stopped working after a two uses. When I called back they said they would need to charge me again for the service. Beware.

"We never charged you even close to that amount. We also advised to have your ventilation cleaned because it was the cause of the issue. Gave you all the information prior to doing the repair and then right after. We informed you that we wouldn't have a problem coming out to see what the issue was since you had moved to another location after these so called "2" times of use. You refused and made threats of either doing additional work free or you would make these false remarks, which we will be pursuing legal counsel as this is defamation with false information."

I would not recommend this company to anyone for appliance repair. The technicians appeared to be totally unqualified to repair the appliance.

I recieved same day service on a holiday! I was told a general time frame and a 30 minute call before they arrive. Also the name of the serviceman that would contact me. He was very professional and knew the appliance even though it was 3 times his age. He informed me of several options which saved me money.

The project was completed in fairly time. I was told their charge rate was $65.00 and it was going to be applied to repair, They ended up charging me $90.00 plus parts, maybe next time they can be more specific.Other than that dryer working fine for now.
