The overall job took only two days from start to finish and required minimal communication with me. But when I emailed or phoned the provider they were always quick to respond with return message or return phone call.

The experience went pretty well. They came when they said they were coming, and there were a few things that went wrong, but it was minor compared to other projects. We have a pool, and there are many regulations. They knew all the rules for where we lived. They were aware of all the codes, so they knew they needed to get a permit, as well as how to get it. They got it all, and they were very knowledgeable and mindful. They re actually firemen, so they re very aware of city regulations. Another place we got a bid from did not mention any of that. These guys made sure they did everything according to code. The only bad thing was one of the gates was accidentally mounted backwards, but they came back to fix it. It looked like a gate that had been put up wrong and fixed. We bought a brand new gate, so we thought it should look like a brand new gate. We had them come back and make it look brand new. That was the only complaint we had on them, though. They did a great job.

Everything turned out excellently. The speed of the work was phenomenal and the quality was "stupendous". This is a can do company with a very reasonable pricing quote and follow through. I highly recommend them.
