I never received a return phone call. Called multiple times and left messages and never received a call back. Also left two emails to them through their web page and nothing was ever returned. On their site they list some other numbers under and quot;contactand quot; but all of the cell phones I called only received voicemail and the voicemail messages were the generic ones that are default. I could not be sure I was contacting the correct people because they never even took the time to setup a personalized voice recording. Very unprofessional.

Very professional but with a casual feel that appeals to many people. The design submitted was simple but functional and the price was very competitive. In the end we decided on a different company, but I would recommend you take a look.

The overall job took only two days from start to finish and required minimal communication with me. But when I emailed or phoned the provider they were always quick to respond with return message or return phone call.

The experience went pretty well. They came when they said they were coming, and there were a few things that went wrong, but it was minor compared to other projects. We have a pool, and there are many regulations. They knew all the rules for where we lived. They were aware of all the codes, so they knew they needed to get a permit, as well as how to get it. They got it all, and they were very knowledgeable and mindful. They re actually firemen, so they re very aware of city regulations. Another place we got a bid from did not mention any of that. These guys made sure they did everything according to code. The only bad thing was one of the gates was accidentally mounted backwards, but they came back to fix it. It looked like a gate that had been put up wrong and fixed. We bought a brand new gate, so we thought it should look like a brand new gate. We had them come back and make it look brand new. That was the only complaint we had on them, though. They did a great job.

I sent an email requesting to be contacted about getting an estimate to replace portions of our fence. I did not receive a response. I left a voicemail 5 days later. Again, I did not receive a response.

He told me he'd email me a quote that day and I never got an email.

Everything turned out excellently. The speed of the work was phenomenal and the quality was "stupendous". This is a can do company with a very reasonable pricing quote and follow through. I highly recommend them.
