Easy from beginning to end. We were able to do everything over the phone and they even did the repair without me being home so that I did not have to take time off work. Most importantly they listened to what I wanted, made recommendations to save some money and did the exact repair promised.

Our experience with Express Fence has been nothing but positive.  Mike was excellent to work with.  From the moment he contacted us, he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable.  My ask from the initial call was that he present me all my options as we were not very certain of what we wanted in a privacy fence.  Our 100 ft fence lined up with a public park so we wanted something that not only looked good, but offered us security with durability.  He discussed the positives and negatives of every option, and gave us several quotes.  He was very patient with all of our questions which ultimately was the reason we decided to go with Express Fence. The final product was excellent.  We're more than happy with how our fence turned out.  After final inspection, I found a couple of minor issues.  Mike not only came out to fix the issues right away, he inspected the whole fence for any other minor issues and corrected them.  This was our first major project in our backyard and feel like the fence is going to complement any future projects going forward. Express Fence goes above and beyond for their customers.  Mike was extremely professional and was a pleasure to work with.  I highly recommend going with Mike and his crew.

Express-Fence did a great job and could not have asked for anything better. Solid performance, flexible schedule, quality end results. They cleaned up the site after finishing, Took extra care to minimize overspray. Worked with me to ensure arrival time so I could bring the dog inside. Only a minor hiccup with the wood not evenly absorbing the stain and Express-Fence came back out and addressed the concern promptly.

Mike worked patiently with us through the whole process. From a hesitant neighbor to the time consuming HOA approval process, he provided quotes and information with every request. When we were finally ready to build, he and his crew showed up and got the job done in a timely manner. The fence looks great! We re so happy with the end product. There was also no mess left; not a trace that they d been there.
