Artwork/Murals
ALANA SEUFERT WAS VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. SHE HAD OTHER PAINTERS WHO HAD NEVER SEEN MY HOUSE OR TALKED WITH ME DO SAMPLES. SHE ADMITTED THAT THE SAMPLE COLORS LOOKED TERRIBLE, YET CHARGED ME FOR THEM ANYWAY. WHEN SHE DID NOT SHOW UP ON THE DAY SHE HAD SCHEDULED TO COME, SHE BECAME ANGRY AT ME FOR HER OWN MISTAKE AND REFUSED TO DO THE JOB. I TRIED TO WORK THINGS OUT WITH HER, BUT SHE REFUSED. SHE LIED TO ME, SAYING SHE WOULD TEAR UP THE CHECK THAT I HAD ALREADY GIVEN HER FOR THE JOB, WHEN IN REALITY SHE HAD CASHED IT. SHE DID RETURN A PARTIAL PORTION OF THE MONEY, CHARGING ME FOR THE POOR SAMPLES SHE OFFERED.

VERY SATISFIED. ARRIVED ON TIME, VERY ACCESSIBLE IN THE EVENT THAT PLANS NEEDED TO CHANGE ON MY END. EVEN THOUGH THIS WAS A VERY SMALL JOB, THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL AND EXTREMELY EASY TO WORK WITH.
