Outlet was replaced with a better, longer lastingg, child safe outlet. Also received several more estimates on other electrical projects I will be having Alex complete for me.

Alex called and came by to give estimate. then rescheduled the next week for repair. Alex called and showed up made the repair for the price quoted all in a timely matter. Very nice and professional. Let us know what was done and gave recommendations on future work we may want to consider.

Alex showed up on time, gave a good estimate of the work to be performed. He was able to perform the work the same day so he did. Works diligently and is polite. After all work is completed does a thorough walk through. Very pleased with the service.

The initial contact went well. We scheduled a time to meet and Alex was there. He provided an estimate of cost for those items discussed and also an approximate amount of time to complete. Alex was polite and punctual the four days he worked in our home. He worked at a steady pace throughout the day. He took the time to explain exactly what he was doing. He cleaned up any mess created, vacuumed where new holes were cut in sheetrock, took care not to create too much mess to begin with. He responded to additional requests by providing the cost estimate and time estimate. He had two subcontractors assisting him on different days. Each of those subcontractors was punctual and easy to work with. During the work he encountered several problems in our household wiring and brought each of those to code. Also, during his work time, my wife and I asked for additional work to be completed. Alex completed those requested items w/o complaint. Alex provided feedback as to the best approach to any needed repairs and also advised whether or not a requested service was necessary. He did not pressure us into unneeded/unnecessary work, but made suggestions for any additional needs. When all work was completed, Alex did a walk through of the premises and explained each item and also demonstrated that each functioned properly.

Sunday evening we
discovered our tankless hot water heater was off.  Then, we noticed our
garage doors were also off.  A quick check of multiple outlets quickly
showed we were not receiving power to them.  We reset all our GFCI's and
also checked our breaker box.  Began calling electricians to see if anyone
could come out.  This is Sunday night about 7:30.  Left messages for
many providers.  I found Alex with Champion Electrical Services on Yelp,
and since he was close by I called him too.  He returned my call within
half an hour and said he could be out the next morning between 8:30 and 9.
 PERFECT I said.  Sure enough, he showed up just after 8:30 and
quickly got to work.  He was upfront that we could be looking at about
$225 but that he was confident he could find the issue.  After only a few
minutes he had located an additional GFCI outlet that had been tripped.
 I'm embarrassed to say this outlet was right there in our garage and had
been covered up by boxes for months.  I had completely forgotten about it.
Alex charged us only $25 for the entire call.  He will have our business
going forward as he easily could have charged us much more.  Also, he was
as polite and professional as he could possibly be.  The fact he returned
my call Sunday night told me he was different than others.  Highly
recommend and will definitely use him again.
