The Carsa team was great to work with. They arrived on time and  worked 12 hour days to get the job  done quickly. They took great care to cover the  pool and they ensured that all materials, loose nails, etc. were cleaned up after.  We have already hired them again to caulk around our home. Once again,  work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price.  We look forward to working with them on our next home project.

Carsa Construction and Roofing replaced our roof after a hail storm and was extremely efficient and professional.  I was clearly evident this was not their first rodeo.  Upon completion of the work, they mentioned they also build fences because they noticed ours was falling apart.  Initially, we had a side by side fence, basically where the boards are side by side.  They showed us a portfolio of past projects they had competed and sold us on an 8 foot board on board fence with support posts every six feet and an electric gate.  Not only was the work impeccable, but the color they recommended (mahogany) complemented our home perfectly.  Carsa was very consistant with their communication and allowed for our input at any stage of the project.  They are extrememly professional, punctual, and very competitively priced.  I would recommend Carsa Construction and Roofing for any home improvement project whatsoever.

I contracted Carsa to replace the roof of my house after the hail storms that we received in 2012 in DFW area. Right after the hail storm everyday there was a non-stop deluge of contractors that wanted the business. Dozens of them knocked on the door and handed their business cards. But Carsa was the only company that did not stop just at that. They sought my permission to walk the roof and by the next day I received a very competitive quote for the job. None of the other contractors provided a quote. They all wanted me to provide the insurance estimate first. 
I was not in a hurry to replace the roof. Carsa followed up with me a month later. They were not as aggressive as the others who would call repeatedly. When I mentioned to Carsa that I would only be looking at this job after 2-3 months they understood and did not bother me with annoying calls. 
Before I selected them for the job I called a couple of references that they had provided and those checked out OK. I also visited a couple of houses that they had replaced the roofs and the jobs looked fine. I was now confident and ready to give them the business.
There were no surprises. They clearly indicated the material that would be used and made a very accurate estimate of the duration, which in my case was 2 days since it was a very large house. On the day of the job the crew started the job and finished it as expected. After the job was completed I inspected the job and everything was great.

- Good Planning and Execution: They do a good job of planning the project, estimating the crew size, duration, etc., and closely monitor the project personally to ensure it is completed in time and conforms to the highest quality.
