Brothers roofing was great to work with. They took the "work" out of the process. Chad, our main contact thoroughly explained the process and options we had. Since insurance was paying to have the roof replaced, Chad was able to speak and work through the process directly with our insurance which was a huge relief being that both my wife and I have full time jobs that keep us busy enough. Although insurance was only going to pay to replace the type of shingles we already had, we decided to upgrade to a Class 4 shingle which in turn lowered our monthly homeowners insurance! Thanks for the advice Chad! The price of the upgrade was minimal and is going to pay for itself within a year! The shingles have a lifetime warranty and Brothers Roofing offers an additional 10 year warranty on craftsmanship at no extra cost. We feel comfortable that we are covered if any problems arise. Brothers roofing could not have made the process any easier. We made an appointment to look at the roof and they were there on time as promised. They then met with the insurance adjuster at the house. Brothers roofing and the adjuster provided feedback to me after the meeting. Brothers roofing gave me a written quote for the roof and also provided a timetable to complete the job. They even submitted the necessary information to the insurance company when the job was finished. As a customer I could not have been happier with the work or the process. Thanks.

Brothers Roofing was fantastic to work with! When I contacted them, they set up an appointment immediately and even came out to meet with my insurance agent in person so that I could ask all my questions with both parties there! This was my first time having to deal with a major insurance claim and they walked me step by step through the process! Their professionalism, experience and overall business manner was great! I really appreciated the extra time they took to explain my options and answer ALL my questions! The crew did a wonderful job! They were very detailed and when they found unexpected roof decking that need to be replaced, i was informed right then. I found that they really took the time to make sure to do a quality job and that nothing was over looked. After the job was complete, which only took one day, they were extremely detailed in the clean up, which i was concerned about nails in the yard with my dogs. My roof looks great and i am extremely happy with the work!
