He worked us into his schedule in order to get the repair done before a family Christmas dinner. It took 2 trips to fill the crack, let that dry, and texture the area around the crack. He did excellent work reinforcing the drywall edge, repairing the crack and texturing the ceiling area to match the original texture. He did the work with absolutely no mess, protecting the furniture and floor and leaving the room in great condition and making the ceiling look just like it originally looked.

Done exactly as promised, in the time frame promised, so that the repair looks exactly like the rest of the ceiling and is virtually invisible. Covered all furniture and made and left no mess.

This is the 2nd time I have used Bob for drywall work and he has never failed to please! Very quality work, very friendly and very punctual.

Bob came out and gave me an estimate that was under a competitor. On work days, he came out promptly by 8 am and worked steady, not fast. It was a 3 day process as it takes repairs, texturing, and overnight drying. I was very pleased with the final results because the unsightly cracks are now invisible. If you need a drywall guy, I would highly recommend Bob Janssen.

Bob was amazing. His application of the texture blends in perfectly and you cannot tell any of the areas were repaired. Looks like new!

Bob gave us a very reasonable quote to fix both problems. He came to fix it and did a wonderful job. Very clean and you can't even notice there was any hole or crack before.

We had numerous cracks in our ceiling and walls and Mr. Janssen repaired them all quickly and skillfully. The first morning he did the repairs and then they had to dry over night. The next morning he returned and did the texturing. Once everything dried we couldn't even tell where the repairs to the ceiling had been made. He did all the work himself, was prompt, friendly, and I would highly recommend him.

I hired Bob to repair some texture work from lousy texture contractor prior to him. He did a great job and covered up the mistakes flawlessly. He answered the phone, showed up on time, and worked fast. I will be using him in the future.

Our drywall in five areas was examined and confirmed we didn't need any replaced, prior to texturing. The work was done to correct minor water damage near a window, correct previous ceiling work that wasn't ideal (in two places), and finish up new kitchen drywall installed (in two places) during a remodel. Most of the work was standard texturing, but one area required matching to a custom trowl textured pattern. The work was done across two days, prompt arrival, no surprised versus the initial estimate.

Bob is outstanding.   He shows up on time, he's professional, courteous, he cleans up after himself, his pricing was super competitive and he works alone.   A very important thing for us was that the texture matched perfect.  Our last contractor botched the job and left me very upset and unsatisfied.   Bob's texture matched perfectly and fixed everything we needed repaired.   I would recommend him to anyone and he will be my first call for drywall repair in the future.

I called him mid-morning and he gave me a price over the phone. He said he could make it around 4:00 p.m. He was there on time. He came in to assess the repair and quickly went to work. He cleaned up everything before leaving. Did a really nice job matching texture. I would hire him again.

Bob was on time, did a very good job of repairing the ceiling, and kept the room completely clean, all for a reasonable price.

Bob was punctual and awesome from the initial phone call to the time he finished once the job was completed.  I had a hole cut in my living room ceiling due to a toilet bowl leak.  I needed drywall repair and I called bob.  He immediately returned my call and I was able to send him pictures of the damage that needed to be repaired.  He initially set up a time to come out and see the work involved and then at this time gave me an estimate for repairs.  He was early to show up and was able to assess damage and give me a quote as well as setting up scheduling to complete the repair.  The best part is he does all of the work himself so you know what you are getting!!!  I then contacted him later in the week for a bit of extra work and he came out early on a saturday morning to start the repair to allow for wood to dry out.  He did this around my family's busy schedule.  He then showed up on tuesday 2/10 right at 9am to begin work.  He sealed all areas of each workspace so that debris would not go everywhere and the efficiently repaired the drywall in both locations.  He cleaned up all messes and it was like he was not even here!!!  The next day he showed up again right on time at 9am and finished painting and texturing the living room ceiling.  He had the paint color matched to the original sheetrock and 3 hours later it was like there was never any hole in the ceiling or water damage.  I cannot say enough how efficient Bob was in his repair from the punctuality for the appointment to the details of work completed.  He left the areas clean and made it look easy.  I would definitely refer him to others.

Bob showed up on time and did the job with no issues.  Was very courteous and made sure he kept the area he was working in protected and then cleaned up afterwards.  A good experience.

He came over the day after Christmas and did a great job on the repair.  He did a pretty good job matching the texture (the new texture looks a tiny bit thicker than the old, but you would never notice unless you knew where to look and looked really closely).  No complaints on our end.  We'll hire him again.    

I almost always do the work myself and do not enjoy working with contractors. They usually show up late, or don't do what is expected with regard to quality or time.
Bob is an exception. He showed up at the scheduled time and spent most of the time in prepping the walls. His attention to detail is exceptional. And he completed on time. He is a true professional. 
I would use Bob again and recommend him to family, friends or anyone.

We had 4 areas in the house where cracks had occurred in our drywall. We contacted several contractors and obtained quotes. Bob Janssen was the most reasonable.

Mr. Janssen impressed us when he performed the initial inspection and provided us a quote. He described what he would do as if it were his own home and didn't try to embellish what needed to be done. We agreed to his price and set the date for the repairs to be performed.

He showed up on time on the assigned date and went straight to work. Mr. Janssen had a pleasant demeanor and worked straight through until the job was done. He hung plastic and covered the floors to prevent damage and minimize dust. My wife provided some paint for touch up after the repairs dried, which Mr. Janssen applied for us (He has ladders that could reach that high, we didn't).

After he finished and I inspected the work, I have to say that I can only give Mr. Janssen my HIGHEST RECOMMENDATION!

The repairs have been made and they are flawless. If we have any further need for drywall repair, Bob Janssen is the only person I intend to call. Great Job! Great Price! Great Service!

Bob was quite professional and thorough in his efforts. He cleaned up after he completed his work and was friendly throughout the process. I highly recommend...my wall looks brand new.
