Pest Control
1)He noted the termite outbreak and suggested some remedies until we could get a termite specialist in. 2)The exterminator went through the house and applied pesticide. He also noted that our water heater might need attention. He does not do termite work himself but recommended a couple of local firms. We wound up using ABC which was also rated highly by Angie's List. The exterminator then sprayed the outside looking for any warning signs of other problems. None noted.
