Doug came out and gave me an estimate on a Sunday which was a free estimate. Repaired my door next day. Doug also used old parts that saved me money on overall repair. I will definitely use this company again. I highly recommend Doug Walters.

They came out the same day I called and fixed both of my doors.  We were very happy.

I took an appointment with Doug to visit next day.  However, when I called to cancelled another appointment with my incumbent provider, they matched the price.  So, I did not go with Allstar but Doug was a gentleman when I requested cancellation.  His price was also reasonable to start with.  While he stated lifetime warranty via Red Beacon, when I talked to Doug, he was not very comforting about lifetime warranty.  So, when a bigger competitor matched the price, I went with them instead.  However, since Doug's price was good and I trust his honesty (in talking candidly about lifetime warranty), I would not mind doing business with Allstar if it is required in future.   Even if I did not do business with Allstar, I trust his honesty and would recommend him.

Doug responded right away to my call and came out the same day.  He was courteous, prompt, and explained what needed to be done and the cost before performing the repairs.  I have recommended Doug to others in my neighborhood and plan to call him when the need arises.

Doug, the owner promptly responded to an early Saturday emergency call. He personally came out within 3 hours and replaced a broken garage door tension spring. He arrived exactly when he promised and charged a very reasonable price of $199.00. He was very professional and friendly. He took time to answer all my questions and gave me pointers on how to extend the life of my garage doors. He carefully took the time to ensure the door was perfectly adjusted before he left. I would strongly recommend him to anyone in need of garage door repair or preventive maintenance.
