Les Branson Roofing/ Restoration and Construction

They said there was extensive water damage done in the kitchen and the other areas of the household. They claimed it would take 2 weeks. They further explained that the kitchen cabinets also had water damage. They agreed to box up my belongings in the kitchen as a part of the construction process. They then tore out the cabinets, flooring, and carpeting. When I came back, I saw that they never packaged any of my kitchen belongings and everything was scattered about. Then they told me that their cabinet maker is actually 6 weeks behind. So he wouldn't be able to put in cabinets for 6 weeks; leaving me with no kitchen during this time.

This was when things started to slow down. They then would come out and do little things, but they wouldn't finish their projects. They had no plans on the kitchen, so I contacted service providers myself. Les Branson was hesistent about using the service providers I had found and at that point we basically shut down. He didn't respond quickly to phone calls or emails, and then eventually didn't respond for 3 months.

I had to finish my kitchen myself but when they finally contacted me they wanted me to pay for the whole deal we had made. They tried to overcharge me $10,000 and then tried to hide the charges in separate jobs they had completed. They also used the wrong flooring and claimed that the flooring I wanted was not made anymore. I later found out that flooring was still in stock in multiple places.

So basically he agreed to do a job, walked off the job, with the projects incomplete. I then had to find workers to complete the job myself. When they finally contacted me for payment, I argeed to pay for the work they had completed. But they tried to overcharge me for the whole project which they had not completed.
