Description of Work: We have Windstream as our internet provider. We have complained about the internet connection for years. Every time we talked to someone, they would say they would call us back or send someone out. That would never happen. Finally, they sent a tech out. The tech told us that we couldn't get the higher speed internet at our location, we were too far away (we were paying for the the high speed and have been)!!! So, they lied and took our money anyway. Thank you to the technician that finally told us the truth!

 + -1 moreterrible, hung up on my wife when she called about the bill could not provide satisfactory outcome, we are looking for new provider.
Description of Work: Worst provider in the world, price for life my a**. Cost constantly going up. have to pay for two lines of phone service to have internet and we don't use the phone lines. trying to find another provider.
