MOOSE UPHOLSTERY

Came to my home, gave me fabric yardages to purchase, provided estimate and completed the jobs on time and within budget. Very satisfied with both Mr. Moose and his employees who accompanied him. His work is excellent.

The first job I had was to recover two fairly large club chairs each requiring about eight yards of fabric. I was promised completion within two and a half to three weeks. This schedule was met and the workmanship excellent. The cost for this job was $550 plus tax. I was so pleased that I contracted for an additional smaller chair and ottoman which I would describe as French in design. Again, the work was done on time and the outcome beautiful. These two pieces were recovered for a total of $275 plus tax. The grand total for these four pieces was just under $900.
Moose Furniture Upholstery is located in Lindale, but coming to Tyler was no problem for them whatsoever. The first visit included the owner and his driver. I asked the owner for quotes for three different jobs while he was here, two of which are noted above. His employees drive a van so the furniture is never exposed to the elements.
Everyone who has been to my home has treated  me with respect and professionalism. After having a very bad experience with another upholster in Tyler who was disrespectful to both me and his employee by refusing to honor her quotation to me, this has been a most pleasant experience. In fact, I have been so pleased that I have now contracted with Moose to reupholster the seats of four dining chairs for a charge of $50 each. After two excellent experiences with Moose, I expect the current job to be successful as well.
