The windows were cracked when they were delivered. It was hard to see because they were wrapped in the bubble wrap. This was damage from Hurricane Ike. I still need to get this processed. One of the windows was leaking, and I found another service provider to come out and take a look. I'm going with him to get these fixed. The original cost of this project is now doubled. I let him know that I didn't like how the windows were sticking out. There were nests inside, he cut holes that were too big and he tried to shim it to fit, but now I have insects getting through there. For the past 3 1/2 years they have been uncompleted. I was trying to get him to come out and do my gutters, and then while he was here, bring up the issues that I've had with the windows, but he has been unresponsive.
