Everything went well. He has always responded quick in emergencies. When we needed the new a/c he gave us quotes on 3 options ranging in price, and he helped us determine the best value for the money option, which we appreciated. He is also very professional and nice. They showed up right on time and worked all day to get the job done in one day.
