Promptly arrived to bid job after initial contact. Began work when promised. Rain delayed the work for approximately 5 days but the company kept in touch and finished the job In a very conscientious manner. Would definitely hire again if further work is needed. Very well done -- honest and trustworthy.

The demolition work started just before the heavy rains started in May 2015.  It rained pretty solid for 3 weeks which rendered the work almost impossible without creating a mud pit.  We agreed to stop work until the rains stopped and the site dried up.  Once the project was re-started in July, the work proceeded in a normal sequence.  We were not in a great hurry.  We cared more about having a good quality driveway and that's what we got in the end.

Although I feel my experience was horriable I do not choose to comment.

They did a great job and I'd recommend them to friends and family.
Really felt they went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and make sure we were happy. They even came back a couple of weeks later to inspect the work and make a couple of changes that I would have never noticed or asked them to address. They even filled a hole that the city left after the city repair at no cost and I didn't even have to ask them. Their price was very good and certainly reasonable compared to the other quotes.
The son Aaron was very professional and polite and made sure not to get the sidewalk dirty.
Will use them in the future.

Hopefully this review will protect others from the nightmares we have experienced since hiring Williams Brothers Paving.  A project which our engineer said should have taken a few weeks is still not complete after more than five months and the
contractor has walked off the job refusing to finish after taking $31,500.  I have had to engage my lawyer to remedy the
total mess that we are now embroiled in and I now need to find a new contractor to finish the work.

We hired Aaron Williams to construct a driveway that was to
cost was to be $20,000.  In the process of getting the driveway permit, we found out that the driveway had to be
constructed according to the engineers plan and his new estimate was $28,000
for the project, and that he would bring by an updated contract soon. We never
did get an updated contract. The job required excavation to achieve the profile of the
plan. Unfortunately, he used a rented excavator that was much too small for the job and picked
away at it for a month and a half. He said that the difficulties he encountered would raise the price to
$34,000.  And then he tried to raise the price to $38,400, at which point I engaged my lawyer.
He ran up close to $10,000 in rental bills which were not paid, causing the rental company to come after us for payment and they have put a lien on our property for the amount of the unpaid rental.

Job went well and lived up to all my expectations. They were careful with their equipment and did no damage to my lawn or grounds. Both Aaron senior and Aaron Jr. were easy to deal with.

The cold weather caused the company many delays, but some delays were caused by equipment breakdowns and poor management of time by the company. the job took two months to complete.  The company took the time to coordinate by phone then often would not do what they said and did not communicate that to me.  They did the job in so many phases that the joints between sections are rough.  Preparation of the substrate could have been better as I have many plants growing up through the asphalt on the margins.  Overall the road is acceptable and for a reasonable price and much better than the previous dusty road I replaced.  I think the company is honest and does well as a small family owned business.  The cold weather is problematic for asphalt as the plants close down often and that is out of control of the small contractor.

I'm very pleased with my new driveway! We were able to drive across it immediately after the asphalt was placed. It is now smooth, and the drive across is much easier for our vehicles.

My driveway has a flat section at the top and a steep narrow section going to the road.  The flat part came out very well and is a big improvement.  Aaron Williams was upfront about the possibility that the steep section would be difficult to work with.  The chip seal did not take very well and the loose gravel is a problem.  We ended up sweeping the loose gravel to the side in order not to slip when driving.  It looks much better than it did but this was not the result we had hoped for.  My driveway is 40 years old which is part of the problem.

Mr. Williams was wonderful to work with - even remotely. He assessed my requirements and advised me on the various options available to me.  His pricing was very reasonable - you just need to be flexible with timing.  I will definitely be using Willams Bros Paving in the future!

I was rather pleased with the results of Williams Brothers Paving chip seal on the driveway. He did such a good job, we had some additional work done. We are going to continue to use him to do some additional yard work and some painting. I do want to do a write up and give some personal comments.

The job was done expertly and everything went smoothly from start to finish.

The entire experience went well from start to finish.   I would highly recommend this company.  It has a Better Business Bureau  Rating of an A+.  The job was completed on time, no mess, and I am a very satisfied customer.  I would definitely use them again.   This company has been in business 32 years.
