I used Twin Peaks for abut three months and I had three major issues.  The first time they were out they left the filter cartridge out for a week.  I had just moved in and they were treating my pool for being green.  They were able to get the pool clear using an external filter and Bill came out himself and did an excellent job.  The filter was found and they asked us why we removed it, we did not.  Everything was going great until they did not put the filter back together right and it drained my pool over of over a foot of water and flooded my back yard.  Bill came out and fixed it and everything was great again.  Then the same thing happened and my pool drained and my back yard was flooded again.  To me this is extremely poor service.  I feel they check everything thoroughly before they leave.

I have an older Hot Spring hot tub that sat in storage for several months.  When I moved it to my new house, the water would not come up to temperature.  I tried several pool and spa companies and no one could or would repair it.  When I called the Hot Spring representative and asked if they would look at it, they told there would be $95 service call to show up and then $65 per half hour to evaluate it.  This is before parts and any labor.
My exterminator recommended Twin Peak Pool Service.  I called and spoke to the owner Bill.  He sent one of his repairmen over that day and evaluated it.  Parts were ordered and it was up and running within the week.
Since then, we have used Twin Peak on numerous occasions to service our pool.  I'm about to call Bill again to repair my Polaris pool cleaner.  I would highly recommend Twin Peak.

Twin Peaks responded in less than 24 hours.  They cleared all of our plumbing lines to the pool and charged a very fair price - especdially for a Saturday!  They also changed the sand out in in filter (another visit) and again were very responsive and charged a fair price.  We will continue to use Twin Peaks for all pool services.  Great service and price.  So nice for a change.  Thank you!!

The new filter is great.  They always do quality work, and are very prompt and easy to work with.

They usually come on time; that's a really good thing. They are very thorough. My pool is greatly done. They take care of any leaks with the pool equipments. My pool is eighteen years old. There is off course extra charge for the replacing the part and the labor. Their price is average; I have had a lot of pool services done in the past, and I'm not happy with them. One of them was expensive than him. There is no real set time; as long as they come on Monday, I'm happy. I will continue using them in the future.

We recently bought a house with a 4-year-old Cody salt-water pool. Never having had a pool before, we were complete neophytes as to what pool maintenance entails. We were very pleased with the "teaching" session: he patiently walked us through every aspect of our system, made sure we understood the whole scenario from soup to nuts, and answered all our questions carefully and politely. The cleaning / servicing visit was done when we weren't there, don't have as much to go on, but it seemed to be done very well also. The part I especially liked was his candor: he taught us how things worked and what was most important for us to notice, and how to take care of things for ourselves - he did NOT do it in a self-serving way, where we'd come back to him over and over and spend a lot of money on his services or chemicals, but instead helped us become knowledgable pool owners with the ability to handle things ourselves. Because of that, we're going to use him again whenever we do need service, and we likely will ask him to come back every so often just to make sure we're doing everything right and things are being handled correctly. I would recommend them unreservedly to anyone. (btw, the firm is a husband and wife, last name "Peak" - thus, "Twin Peak" - just in case you wondered...)

They are helpful in person and over the phone. They show up on time, they are consistent and very responsive. If I e-mail a question, I can expect an answer the same day, (sometimes they will even call back with the answer).
