Description of Work: Signed a contract on Feb 1, and 8 months later he still wasn't done. He took most of our final payment and never finished the job. He would not follow through on dates always asking for extensions. We do not recommend anyone use his services.

 + -1 moreAs I said above I have had Renovation Systems do numerous jobs for me and each job went very well! Originally I called several contractors to get estimates; Some never called me back and some just didn't listen enough to understand what I wanted done! Bart made cost saving suggestions and the final product looked beautiful!
Description of Work: I have had Renovation Systems do numerous jobs for me from a bathroom and kitchen remodel to painting my house to small odd jobs and have been very happy with the results each time! (That is why I put $0 in the aproximate cost box) Bart made useful suggestions that improved the final result and saved me money; I highly recomend Renovation Systems for any home improvements you have in mind!

 + -1 moreI was in need of some work done on my home so I called Bart at Renovation Systems. In the past I tried getting quotes from several other contractors on various home improvement jobs and and either they were a no-show or very unprofessional with seemingly little experience. For this job I called Bart because I had used his company in the past for various home projects and was very satisfied with the work done. For this project I needed a few small upgrades to several rooms (painting), some repairs to my deck and a guest bathroom remodel. Bart and his crew were always on time, always very professional and always left the work site in a tidy manner before leaving for the day. My bathroom is now beautiful and the work that they did on my deck makes it look like a brand new deck!! Overall I am very happy with the work that Bart and his crew has done on my home and will always call him when I need any home remodeling done. I understand that he has been doing home remodeling for a long time and the experience really shows! Thanks to Renovation Systems my house is a place that I am proud of and love to show it off to friends!
