We found Majestic by word of mouth.  They built pools for two, different friends, both of which were very pleased with the work and experience.
Sales and Design
Steve was eager, on time and listened.   He shared great ideas that complimented our original vision, without trying to talk us into or out of things.  We had visits with other pool companies where they ried to talk us out of saltwater or certain design elements.   He was creative and thorough, hand-drawing the design of our pool, and to scale.
Administrative
Vickie managed our billing and appointments and was always very responsive to change orders and helping us with the paperwork necessary to complete payments.
Project Management
Jeff was our project manager.  He had a good management of his crews.   When we encountered some surprises due to a hig
high water table, Majestic was very fair and worked with us for the cheapest possible solution to complete excavation while still giving us the design we wanted at the total cost we discussed.  Add?l labor and rocks were minimal compared to overall project cost.
A pool is not just a pool.  There's landscaping, fence work and sometimes other structures to be built and we were very pleased with all of the referrals provided to us by Majestic.
They recommended Tomas (our landscape guy) who did all of the bamboo, repaired sprinklers, graded the yard, resodded front and back, put in a French drain, and laid rocks and trim.  He was quick, had very good rates and we are very pleased with his work
and will use him again.

They recommended CJ who did quick, high quality, affordable work on our fences and installed a gate on our back fenceline.
 
Overall
Majestic was not the lowest cost or highest cost we talked to.  They were dependable, consistent and thorough.   They would
have moved quicker if it weren?t for the high water table and us also having porch built.    Doing both at the same time caused some delays but those were mainly due to it being the peak demand of the year.  It seemed like business was up, way up, for everyone this year and occasionally we had to lose a couple days here or there to wait for the next crew to show up.
A small price to pay for something we hope to enjoy for many many years to come.   I will gladly be a referral for Majestic.

From start to finish, they have been very pleasant. They provided detail drawings in a timely fashion. They were very informative during the process and answered any of my questions in detail. They showed up on time and work diligently everyday. Overall great experience.
