Deck and Porch Service
We signed a contract and gave Mel Highsmith $2,000. Over the next month he would work one hour, not show up for a week, tell us that he was on the way over and then not show up, etc. In 6 week's time he bought wood and materials (which has been sitting in the rain for a month) built a frame and dug a hole and put in some gravel. THAT'S IT! He lied and delayed so much that we fired him. Two months later, we had wet wood, an unusable back yard and are $2000 poorer. DON'T DO IT!
