FLOOR DEPOT

From our first visit with David Stokes, we were treated in a friendly and customer oriented manner. We started out looking for wood floors, then tile, then vinyl and ended up selecting carpeting to replace 5 rooms of well soiled carpet which was in the house when we purchased it. Despite us going all over the place with this idea, that idea, or whatever direction, David was always patient and pleasant. He provided quotes rapidly. He has a wealth of knowledge and knows his products which is not something we typically find in the big box stores. Once we finally made up our minds, David arranged for prompt delivery of our new floor covering. Installation occurred on the date scheduled and was completed without incident. We will definitely use Floor Depot again when we update other rooms in the house.

Great service and response time from Floor Depot. I came in on an extremely urgent timeline. They made a bunch of phone calls to their vendors and installers and made it work. From the day I walked in to the day it was finished was under one week.
They are responsive and communicative. And they came through--always keeping promises.
They carry a good range of products so you can pick from a wide range from budget to high end finishes.
I will absolutely use them in the future.

We didn't want to go to the warehouse centers and i'm so glad we stayed with local people. Dave and Suzanne at the Floor Depot just couldn't be outdone. They just keep at it till we find the perfect flooring. It is so nice to be able to work with the same person and i'm sure it didn't cost any more than the impersonal warehouse stores. we used the Floor Depot a few years ago to replace bedroom carpeting and called on them again for a remodel. Besides selection, dave referred me to another store where i could get decorative tiles that he didn't stock, and then he installed them along with the tiles i bought from their store.
I felt like i was constantly changing things, but they never waivered in their pleasant demeanor or responsiveness. The flooring was installed ahead of schedule and everything turned out great. I'm so pleased with the result and would highly recommend them for any flooring. They carry some great new things that i didn't even know were possible!

David Stokes, the owner, was so helpful in helping me pick out the
carpet for our new house. I had previously been to Home Depot to try to
narrow down what I wanted and ended up frustrated and confused. David
listened to what I wanted then helped to steer me towards what he
thought would be the best for my young family with dogs. His installers
worked over a holiday weekend to have the carpet in before we moved in
and were always very polite. David checked and rechecked on my
satisfaction.
