Good product built by this builder.  Could have been a great one, but builder cuts corners when it comes to certain aspects of the build.  Customer service after the sale is done was poor.  The superintendent has, and continues, to overpromise and underdeliver.  I still have things to this day that were verbally agreed to that have not been addressed.  I am speaking or pretty minor items (in comparison to the purchase of a this new home), like installation of a working exterior light for a storage shed that was built after it was contracted.  Too many details to go into, but I have finally quit jacking around with this superintendent because of the hassles.  I'd rather just address things on my own without getting involved with him.  The dealings that I have had, for the most part, are like dealing with a kid.  What kind of a builder's warranty requires YOU to contact the sub contractors to address repair items?  Evidently this one does.  I would not use them again.  Like the product, but hate their lack of ability to provide decent customer service.
