It's been more than a two month ordeal. I wrote a check to Johnny Silva for $700 to order some large Oleanders for my side yard. Long story short, he never showed up with the plants when he said that he would resulting in my spending time at home waiting for him to arrive. My husband and I also became very frustrated with his lack of communication and refusal to answer our calls so I told him that I wanted my money back. He stated that he needed to get a reimbursement first, but that he would mail a check to us. At this point we have no check and he will not answer our calls or texts. At first we were pleasant and willing to work with him, but now we have resorted to leaving him messages (he won't answer his phone) and we are filing formal complaints. We do not want this unfortunate situation to happen to someone else. Debbie Reed
