Brian Schrock Htg & Cooling

After getting new windows installed we realized our A/C unit wasn't working correctly either. We were referred to Brian Schrock and we are very happy for that. He came out quickly and replaced a thermostate and a relay switch in our furnace which was 30 years old. After he left my husband and talked through our options as we knew we were on borrowed time with such an old system and didn't want to deal with replacing everything when it was 100 degrees outside. My husband contacted Brian to get an estimate. Brian called back with several different options and informed us of the rebates available from the city depending on the unit we chose. We decided to go with the mid-priced option that still qualified for the rebate and also asked that he include replacing all of the old duct work in the attic. The final quote was extremely fair and Brian stated they could have all of the parts the following day and could be by around 7:30am to begin the work. As promised the crew arrived at 7:30am ready to work. All of the crew were great. They worked seamlessly together and had the outside unit, inside furnace and duct work completed before 3pm. Not only did the installation go smoothly they brought all of our gas lines up to code for the furnance and were sure to clean up any messes they made. Replacing duct work is extremely messy! Before leaving the system was tested out for both heating and cooling and it is running fantastically! I will be referring Brian to anyone who needs any heating or A/C work done
