Arrived on time. Very professional and polite. It turned out that my dryer was not broken at all, there was just a sticky knob. He checked it out and verified it - to be extra sure. He only charged me for the trip charge that was $40.00 to come out. He could have ripped me off and "fixed" something that was not actually broken, but he was very honest.
We have used this company in the past on several occasions. They have always done a great job. This is a family owned business and the Dad helped us before. Today the son came out to help. Very happy to see that the quality continues!!

They were wonderful. They inspired such confidence and trust. My son also used them. They were punctual and knowledgable. The father and son do the work and the mother handles the office. They treat you like family.

We have had work done by these folks before. The are very helpful and responsive. The could not get out when we wanted but were here promptly when they said they would be.

He looked at the ice maker and the connections. He gave me some tips on what to do but then he discovered that there was no water flowing through the plumbing pipe. He was very helpful and he gave me a lot of good tips on my refrigerator and dish washer. He was very punctual. He was responsive and he also sent me a thank you note for calling him. He was very nice.

They came out look at the microwave and diagnosed the problem. Ordered the parts through my home warranty company and came back out to my home at my convenience and installed everything. They were very professional. My house was a mess and they made no mention of it. He also tactfully advised me to clean the inside of the microwave. He said the buildup of the grease and dried on food can lead to arcing that can cause the mag tube to fail. He mentioned that this was important because the home warranty company may refuse to cover it again. Good advice and I had actually been wondering if my less than stellar cleaning had precipitated the problem. Now I know and will correct that in the future.

I was not able to get a same day appointment, but they were responsive to my needs when I needed to reschedule for a later time due to schedule conflicts. I was pleased with their service and felt that they were professional. My home warranty company requires that I pay a $75.00 service fee to the provider. However, when I found out that it was only a fuse I was disappointed to have to pay that amount. It has been a few weeks since they have been here and I am hearing some rattling from the microwave. I am not sure that they fully tighten all the screws. Overall, I felt that I received good service.

They needed to order a part for our microwave. I was never told that the part was back ordered. I have been trying to get this part fixed since the end of June. They have not been doing well at communicating with me about the situation.

"in response to the complaint above this work was thru a home warranty company, this member was assigned to us by her home warranty company. We went out and installed the original part that was ordered by the warranty company for her m/w oven combo unit, not us. the warranty company had been in control of the process from the beginning in June when the original part was ordered, we were told by the warranty company they would contact the member when the part needed was back ordered many times from the factory and we had no other source to get part except from factory, and again we were always in contact with the warranty company and informed they were the ones to inform her. In the end this member's part was no longer available and the warranty company had to make the decision of what they were to do as far as replacement or what. Am just sorry that the warranty company failed in contacting this member as we were informed they would. Just reflects on us even if you are at the mercy of the home warranty companies you do work for. The $55 she paid was a service fee required by the warranty company. Again would like to say I am sorry the communication was not better for her."
