Wired Extreme

Horrible experience. This company does not answer their phones, does not reply to email, and their offices are closed when they should be open per their website. I called them over a dozen times and only twice did someone pick up. The first time they said it would be several weeks before it would be repaired. The second time they picked up they said it would be several more weeks. When I pressed them for a date, they wouldn't give me one. Soon they quit picking up the phones entirely and an entire week went by. Voicemail on their end is always full so you can't leave a message. I got concerned and drove to their HQ in Carrollton. A handwritten sign was on the door claiming they were closed and sorry for the inconvenience. That was it. I called the Lewisville police and reported the property stolen. I also filed a complaint on the Better Business Bureau website - but so many people had complained they are no longer accredited by BBB as of 9/24/12! I called my bank and began the process of having my $75 returned to me. I think the PS3 and game are gone, most likely sold to someone else. These people are crooks, please avoid them.
