Description of Work: I initially contracted for the rekeying of locks in a residence. Unfortunately, I discovered I did not possess all the keys to the existing locks. The technician explained the problem, presented options, and provided a new quote for my change order. New hardware was purchased and installed the same day.

In addition, he provided an extra no charge service by purchasing a battery for us so the key fob would unlock the car. Overall a very positive experience - just a little pricey.
