Tub Doctor

Description of Work: The Tub Doctor refinished my bathtub. Three months later, the finish that had been adequately cured and dried was peeling off in 3 of the tub corners This tub is in a guest bath so it does not receive weekly or even monthly use. I called Leo to inform him of the peeling paint and requested that he redo/or repair the finish within two weeks. Despite several phone calls and texts, I did not hear from him until 8 days later. He stated he could come to my house for the project 4 days later. On the day before he was to return, I confirmed with him the date and time. He replied he would be there. The morning he was to come, he sent me a text that his phone was malfunctioning and he needed to go by the T-Mobile store to determine the cause of the malfunctioning. Currently, it is the afternoon of the day he was to come for the bathtub redo and he is still not here. I have not heard anything from him. The pro was courteous and timely when he arrived to begin the project. However, his technique or his product is below standards since it is already peeling. This is after only 3 months.

Description of Work: I have a older bath tub. The bottom of the inside was losing its finished. He came in and refinished it. Since then there are a couple spots that have come up and back to the original state. What he put on did not ad hear to the old finish.
