+ -1 moreI really credit them with being able to find out what it was and helping us solve the problem. They came out as they said they would, not like others who abandoned us. A on all categories. Definitely would use again.
Description of Work: We called Truly Nolen who we also found on Angie's List and that turned out to be very helpful because the guy that came out, we had an odd problem evidently, we had a difficult problem. We had an infestation of drain flies or tiny little things are just little bit bigger than gnats. But we just could not get rid of them and so we were really needing some help. And the Truly Nolen guy said that it could be actually related to a plumbing problem and it could be a plumbing problem with water under the house and we might need to call at plumber out to remedy the situation. I said well it just so happens I have a plumber coming out tomorrow because we got a commode that is lose at the bottom. So that fixed our problem as it turns out. So Truly Nolen never did any work for us; they never did charge us anything. But I really credit them with being able to find out what it was and helping us solve the problem.

+ -1 moreThe guys were very professional and helpful. We plan on using them for all our pest control issues from now on. The inspection and treatment was done quickly and we couldn't be happier (except for the part about having a termite colony).
Description of Work: They quoted us $150 for a termite inspection (we were refinancing). But when they found a termite tube, they charged $1100 which included the inspection and treatment combined.

+ -1 moreI called. They were very responsive. Very friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for better customer service. I just think it turned out to be very foolish to spend $700 for someone to set out rat traps. I could have done that myself.
Description of Work: Set out Rat Traps and then came back and monitored them twice. Then close to the end of the contract, I called them because the rats were back and they came and set out more traps. Did not come back to monitor them.

+ -1 moreDetails are provided in the "What did the provider do?" section. ~$125 was a reasonable price. I don't exactly remember the price, but it was close to $125.
Description of Work: I had ants in one area of the garage behind the sheet rock. I thought they were carpenter ants. They weren't, but they were still a nuisance and were eating the insulation. The serviceman fogged a few places behind the sheet rock and sprayed in the area. He also evaluated outside the garage in the yard by the wall and found the same ants. He sprayed the mound and perimeter by the wall. I haven't had any problems w/ those ants (which were an unusual kind) since then.

+ -1 moreWe were very pleased and impressed with Bobby. I called them on Saturday and they came out first thing Monday morning for the inspection. Eric came back that afternoon to spray inside and out for the pest control.
Description of Work: We thought we had termites and Bobby came out an examined. He informed us we did not have termites and he did not charge us for the inspection. We set up an annual contract with them for pest control services. They honored a $25 off coupon through Angie's List.

+ -1 moreThere were rodents that were living in our attic, and around our house. They pulled out a total of twenty six rats in one time, and got our house completely rodent and pest free. Not only did they remove the pests we already had, but they worked to make sure that none of them get in again. They are professional, and very responsive. With an annual contract, if you even see just one bug, they will come out and take care of it, and they can tell exactly what kind of bug it is, and if it can cause damage. Their price is absolutely worth it.

+ -1 moreThey did come out for a quote. They were supposed to terminate if there were rats and seal up the attic. My fiancé met with them. We had four people come up and give us a quote, but we didn’t hire them. I think they were overpriced. They were the last one to come out and I believe the guy had a problem and the manager came out and gave a quote and it was quite high. The actual technician called, and said my manager came out to quote you but he quoted high, but we already hired another company by then. They seemed very knowledgeable and very thorough. They were really good to respond. They were very professional and very good to me. I am looking to use them for regular pest control, and the technician was very thorough so I might give it a try.

+ -1 moreIt went very well as always. I have been using Truly Nolan for about 2 years now and I do not have a single complaint. The first time I used them I had a sugar ant problem that I could not get rid of. They came out and treated for them. They told me that they may have to come back a couple of times because we were probably only seeing the tip of the iceberg. Sure enough the had to come back out two more times over the next month and a half to get rid of them. They stood by their satisfaction guarantee and didn't try to charge me at all for the extra work. I am now on their program and couldn't be happier. I have not had any more problems of any kind. They always do a very good job and do not cut corners.

He came back twice a week for three months, checked the traps, went under the house, sealed cracks in the brick, constructed screens for all openings... he was absolutely fabulous...friendly, considerate & smart. We also contracted for a year of pest control, as we have carpenter ants. Henry was the lead exterminator, he also discovered that we had a plumbing leak under the house, so that was a blessing!

+ -1 moreThey did OK, but the termites come back. They said it is because of the insulation. Overall it has been OK. I don't want the heavy chemical so I am happy with the way they do it.

+ -1 moreThe work turned out really well. I like the fact that they were responsive to our request. They were able to come out on a weekend which was convenient for us. They were supposed to do this a year ago and I had to make many calls to get them to do this. When I got someone who said they would do it, it was great.
Description of Work: They did a retreatment of a perimeter area around our house. They drilled holes in concrete slabs and treated and did an inspection for termites.
