I called. They were very responsive. Very friendly and courteous. Couldn't ask for better customer service. I just think it turned out to be very foolish to spend $700 for someone to set out rat traps. I could have done that myself.

We were very pleased and impressed with Bobby. I called them on Saturday and they came out first thing Monday morning for the inspection. Eric came back that afternoon to spray inside and out for the pest control.

There were rodents that were living in our attic, and around our house. They pulled out a total of twenty six rats in one time, and got our house completely rodent and pest free. Not only did they remove the pests we already had, but they worked to make sure that none of them get in again. They are professional, and very responsive. With an annual contract, if you even see just one bug, they will come out and take care of it, and they can tell exactly what kind of bug it is, and if it can cause damage.

Their price is absolutely worth it.
