We noticed a lot of water coming through a pipe into our yard and determined it was coming from the hot water heater. We called the home warranty company who submitted a work order to TNT Plumbing. I called TNT before the work order reached him, due to it being somewhat of an emergency and also because it was Dec. 23 and we had company coming. Terry came out that evening and fixed it, even though it was later than he normally works. He was very professional and efficient in his work. He also returned calls promptly. We paid $60 because that's what our deductible is with the warranty company. I do not know what the normal charge is for this service, which is why I put N/A for the price.
