 + -1 moreAt first, it appeared that things would go well. Anthony was very responsive. Things went downhill when they arrived. We could not be at the house, but have security cameras. For some reason, they brought a child to review and photograph the items, and were also smoking (although I could not tell if they smoked inside the house), which was unprofessional. All items were not removed from the property and we were told one of their trucks "went down," so they were backed up. We inquired weeks later about when they would finish removing the items and remit payment, but got no response. At this point, they have removed some items and not paid for them and we have no indication if or when they will return and meet their obligations.
Description of Work: Our grandmother passed away and this company was recommended to us to do an estate sale. After an initial visit, we were told that they could hold an on-site auction to sell our items. We later received a phone call that they could actually *not* do the auction, but could offer a "buy-out," where they pay a lump sum for all items, remove them from the house, then sell them from their warehouse. We were given a low-ball offer, which was less than half of what we originally were quoted. After reminding Anthony of his initial quote, he gave us a more reasonable (but still low) offer. We provided them access to the house to remove the items.

 + 0 moreAuctioneer's truck hit my parked vehicle (assigned parking spot) and fled the scene while conducting business with a neighboring condo.
Description of Work: Hit a parked vehicle while conducting business and fled the scene. Did not return phone calls or email messages. Still pursuing to resolve incident as TexasClix.com does not respond. Very unprofessional and unethical.
