At first, it appeared that things would go well. Anthony was very responsive. Things went downhill when they arrived. We could not be at the house, but have security cameras. For some reason, they brought a child to review and photograph the items, and were also smoking (although I could not tell if they smoked inside the house), which was unprofessional. All items were not removed from the property and we were told one of their trucks "went down," so they were backed up. We inquired weeks later about when they would finish removing the items and remit payment, but got no response. At this point, they have removed some items and not paid for them and we have no indication if or when they will return and meet their obligations.
