I asked if they had their special on an oil change and car wash for $30 and they said yes. When the job was done the cost was $42 but they took $4 off since I was repeat customer. The bill included a charge for an extra quart of oil presumably as required by the automobile. When I got home, I checked the oil level and it was a quart low.
I called the manager who gave me a bit of a sales pitch and then, instead of refunding the extra oil charge, offered a complementary oil change on the next visit. I asked if he would send that to me and he said "yes". After six months, it still has not been sent.
Their car wash service is okay but the oil change service is both expensive and poor. We don't go there anymore.
