When I called back in April, they came right out and did a great job of trimming my shrubs, bushes, put down bark and planted some flowers.  They came as scheduled one more time in July.  August 23rd, my credit card was charged for $126.65--the work was not done/completed. All you have to do is look at my front yard--overgrown bushes/hedges, etc.  I called the owner and he briefly said he would call me back later--never returned my phone call.  I have called 3x in the past few days and also e-mailed them asking them to please either complete the work or remove the charge from my card--needless to say, how they can know it was $126 worth of work if they didn't complete it?!  Terrible customer service.  At this point, I may have to resort to small claims court.  I am NOT going to pay for work that wasn't completed.

They constantly changed the times that they would be here. The man that owns the company came out to see what work needed to be done. He then sent a couple of guys out and without ringing the doorbell they started trimming the front tree that I didn’t want them to trim. I then went outside and asked them what they were doing and told them that it was the wrong tree. I told them it was the tree out back that needed to be trimmed. The workers then stated that they didn’t spend English and couldn’t understand me so I had them leave.
