Took several days. Service King kept in contact with me throughout. I would use this location again.

I was pleasantly surprised with my Service King experience. I was able to schedule a same-day estimate appointment, then scheduled the repair itself. My insurance company arranged for the on-site rent car from Enterprised and for an adjuster to be on-site when I dropped my car off.
The lobby is clean and quiet and comfortable, the staff clean and friendly and professional. Drop-off and rent car pick-up took less than 15 minutes. From there I got regular automated emails from Service King outlining where my car was in the repair process, as well as follow-up calls from my service advisor.
My vehicle was ready 5 hours earlier than anticipated, the repairs complete and my car clean as a whistle. Picking it up and returning the rent car again was less than 15 minutes.
A bit pricier than expected, but that's what insurance is for.
All in all a really positive experience.

First try: My 2011 Jeep Wrangler was to be repaired after some hail damage. They were supposed to replace and paint the hood, and cowling. Remove replace/ reinstall the windshield and headliner channel, replace the two tail lights. Second try---- Items to be addressed Over spray on both doors and front quarter panels needs to be buffed or corrected. Both hinges on the hood and doors needs to be buffed and or corrected. Spot on the hood on the passenger side by hinge needs to be addressed and or corrected. Cowling workman ship needs to be addressed and corrected Windshield and or front headliner needs to be correctedand hellip; as in re-install the windshield and insure the headliner where it attaches to the top of the windshield is installed correctly because there was goo being blown out of the driver-side at the top. Ensure ALL bolts that were loosened or removed are touched up with paint. Detail the jeep INSIDE and OUT. One side note --- when I say corrected I mean it needs to be redone. The initial repair work done on this jeep was poor. After completing a thorough inspection it appears that attention to detail and the overall workmanship were inadequate. Now the Jeep leaks on the front driver-side and passenger -side. They failed to put clear coat on the front pillars (WHICH WAS NOT SUPPOSED TO BE TOUCHED). The jeep still has wind noise from a faulty reinstall of the headliner channel.

They got right in and repaired my cars in a timely fashion and gave me great service. They also worked well with my insurance company, who I paid the deductible to. I'd use them again if any future auto body problems arise.
