Jose & Jose Jr did a fantastic job. They were patient with us when we made some changes to what we wanted on the day they started the job. Jose and crew showed up bright and early on the day they said they would start and finished when they said they would. They cleaned up the site when they were finished and the new driveway looks great. Jose listened to what I needed in terms of drainage and spent time to make sure to get the grading correct. Although it has not rained yet so I can really see how the water will flow, just looking at it, I believe it will drain exactly as Jose told me it will. I am very happy with the driveway and will use Sanchez Concrete again when we are ready to add a circle drive in our front yard.

WOW! This company did a great job!  I had three bids from bigger companies in the DFW and Denton area that had good ratings on Angie's List, and Sanchez Concrete beat them all by quite a bit.  They are mainly a father & son company, and they keep a close eye on all the details and use good materials and techniques.  They were always responsive to my texts, calls, and emails. They listened to what I wanted and made suggestions along the way that made the patio look better than I imagined.  Mr. Sanchez is one of those rare people who exudes honesty and really cares about the quality of his work more than anything else.  He was patient when we ran into unexpected issues with my sprinkler system and followed up after the job to make sure we were happy. He also had a friend who builds fences come out and replace some old fence at hundreds below the other bid I had.  I will definitely use these guys again.  I highly recommend them.

Jose removed 5 inches of dirt and one section of concrete sidewalk to make way for driveway extension with curb running one side.. Area approximately 4.5 yards with 3/8 inch rebar at 24 inch centers. Dug and Laid 60 feet of 4 inch drain pipe underneath the pour. Work is excellent. Fit and finish of driveway and curb are exemplary.

Concrete Works did a fantastic job, I am total pleased and happy with their work. I called them - they answered right away. They were prompt and on time each day. I added a second patio 11ft x 17ft in my backyard with a stamp and stain border, alone with a separate stamp pad for my grilling 4ft x 14ft area. Both areas were completed professionally. Their price was very reasonable, well less than the big companies. They cleaned up after they were done. I highly recommend Concrete Works again and again.

Jose and his father came out and gave us an estimate on time. We accepted understanding that we would order materials. Mr Sanchez and workers arrived on time, worked steadily for two days. We needed more stepping stones, and flower bed wall stones. He went to the location, purchased, brought on job and didn't charge except for stones. The workplace was clean each day when they left. We would highly recommend the company for gravel work and yard work that includes concrete, stone masonry, and gravel. It is a real pleasure to find a company that values the customer like this company appears to value us. We will use again in the future.

Jose and his crew did an outstanding job on our patio! I was amazed at how professional and meticulous they are. I had never had concrete work done and prior to seeing the process, I was a bit hesitant about the cost, but after seeing all of the prep work, let alone the actual aesthetic work, I have a much better appreciation for the experience and professionalism needed to do this and do it well.

I would highly recommend him. He was very affordable - $1000.00 less than other quotes I received. He does a great job and was creative in laying out the patio. He created a border that looks like tiles. He was very responsive to any concerns I had throughout the project.

We called several contractors but few were interested in this project. We didn't want anything fancy - just to take out our old driveway and pour a new one. Jose Sanchez (Sr) had a team of 2 to 5 people and had the job completed in just a few days. They worked hard at getting it perfectly level and formed. They resolved a water problem that we believe caused the heave. They left the sewage lines unharmed and even with the concrete. They applied a finish to the top of the driveway to make it look nice and repel water. It rained shortly after the concrete had dried and we could tell that water drainage would no longer be an issue. Jose was timely, conscientious and a pleasure to work with. I'd highly recommend him and will use him again-- hopefully for some stamped concrete work in the future.
