They were very easy to work with, with and no high pressure. The assistant sales manager found my car for me and had it brought in.  My salesman, Andy,  that I worked with was very good and made the deal very easy.

Spanning a three-week window, I made two visits to this dealership to prepare for a lengthy road trip pulling a travel trailer. The only issue I recall is paying what I perceive to be a high price for a remanufactured starter. I've had bad experience(s) w/ reman. parts in the past w/ other vehicles / service providers--NOT @ this dealership. (Thus, the "B" for Price.) |I also availed myself of their shuttle service on one of the two trips and it was timely and the vehicle / driver very nice. |I would go here again and in fact am looking to go there soon as my "service engine soon" light came on recently.

Teated my battey and replaced it with a motorcraft battery.

They're courteous and comprehensive. They do a good job. I've never had anything that they haven't fixed. I do not recall having had to take it back for problems. They've always treated me very fairly.

The service coordinator was great and even the service manager introduced himself during my transcation. Followed up with a call before and after work. Great service.

We had a positive experience with them. We didn't have any problem with them.

Arrived and was greeted by Ron Romano. He was courteous and professional. We wrote up the order and I was gone in 10 minutes. The repair was done the same day as promised and done right the first time. Ron has since followed up on it to make sure I was still satisfied with the work. i would use them again.

As far as the work goes, they did perfectly adequate work. However, it took an entire day. Other people came and went, and I was still sitting in the waiting room. I felt as though they stopped working on my car and started working on other cars. I told them I was in a bit of a hurry, and they ignored that.

They are good and professional.

Went very well. They determined my problem was just a bad cell in the battery. They gave me a quote and fixed the problem. The price seemed competitive with other options. They also offered me a deal on oil change - pay for one and get the next 3 free. I thought that was a pretty good deal!
