I thought he did a good job. This is the 2nd time I've used him for computer help.
The only thing I wish is that he would have been able to tell me exactly what the problem was. He just ran a bunch of software packages against it to clean the computer and it worked. The computer worked fine when I got it back; but he didn't really know what the particular problem was.
I took my computer home to complete some reports by the deadline and to think about purchasing a new hard drive. My computer was working well, but was slow, so I decided to buy the new hard drive. He installed a new state-of-the art solid state hard drive and transferred all of my files in less than 6 hours. And now my computer works great! It is very fast.
The service was quick, reliable, and on time. The owner was patient as he listened to my description of the issues with my computer. He was confident he could fix it and he quoted me a fair price. I highly recommend S I Computers.
