Daniel was very responsive and timely. His team leader, Mike was punctual and contacted us early while on the way to move us out and the next day moving us in. His crew was hard working and very professional and polite. We actually had a ball moving with these gentlemen. We had heavy items as well as antiques requiring special attention. The overall value for their services was very high.

First of all, the owner was terrific - he had two guys available the same day. The team arrived when they said they would, and were very professional. They even plastic wrapped the sofas to carry them up and down the stairs to prevent them getting scratches. Having their help to put the outdoor furniture away was like a dream, and I am going to call them again in the spring to help set it up. Highly recommend them!

The overall moving experience was generally hassle-free. The day started off well with the movers arriving on time after notifying us in advance of their departure. They wrapped anything that wasn't boxed in blankets and plastic wrap they provided to prevent any damages and transported everything to our new home in one piece. In all, it took approximately six hours, and that included a thirty-minute delay caused by my own personal mishap. I would like to give a sincere shout out to Tito, Terry, and Orlando, who were all very patient with me throughout the entire process. Thanks, guys! You did a fantastic job!

Fantastic. Mike and his crew did a great job moving my stuff from one house to another. I would say if you need a mover this is who you should use! Thanks for a great job. Mike sent a text before arrival to let me know they were on there way. Very punctual and actually a little early. I liked the early start because I had a lot of stuff to move.

Joe and Orlando were scheduled for an 8 am start, but called at 7:30 to let me know they were running late due to the weather and traffic - which was fine, because I was running late for the same very valid reasons. Once they arrived they got straight to work and worked very efficiently to get everything loaded quickly. They kept the end game in mind - since there were two delivery locations, they made sure to keep back everything that was to be delivered first to be loaded onto the truck last. They padded the doorframe and floors so nothing got scratched up, and were very careful of what they were doing. They wrapped the furniture pieces carefully as well. One item was technically broken during that wrapping process, but it was an old table that had been repaired before and the adhesive that was used in that repair had dried up and lost the bond - and the guys had no way of knowing that before picking it up. Had it been intact to begin with, it would have been fine. Even so, Joe was extremely apologetic for the incident, taking responsibility for the damage despite the fact that I don't blame him in the slightest. Across town, I arrived at the first location before they did and was standing behind the truck when they raised the door, and although the truck was nowhere near full, everything looked exactly as it had when it left the pickup location, so they clearly did a good job securing everything in place. I was very pleased and would hire them again without hesitation.

The move went smoothly. Scheduling the move required a single phone call and there was no issue scheduling on the requested date, even though it was a Saturday. The two-man crew arrived even before the scheduled time and quickly/efficiently secured and protected all requested items. At the destination they adeptly maneuvered their way to a second story. Throughout the move the crew was friendly and professional. Once the dust settled we realized a dresser mirror was missing, but Rescue Movers quickly located and delivered it to us. Overall, this was a very positive experience

They showed up on time, they were very professional and courteous
they performed the required work in a timely manner and at the agreed price. I wish they had Visa or Master Card, but the price and professionalism was worth getting the cash in advance . They were paid upon completion and supplied a professional receipt. I would use them again if and when I need a local move.

These people are very nice, and friendly people. They showed up on time and just went right to work. They had their own 'style' and totally wrapped each piece in heavy cloth covers and then wrapped the entire piece with shrink wrap. The two men each lifted the pieces using harness straps and carried them to the truck. This keeps a dolly from tearing up floors and doorways. I had never seen this technique used before. In their truck each pieces was strapped very securely to the floor and walls of the truck. These pieces were not going to get harmed in any way using this procedure. It only took them approximately 45 minutes at the first location.
When they arrived at the destination home again they just went right to work. They put each piece where they were instructed and then took off the blankets and shrink wrap. One of the pieces did not fit in the designated room so they moved a different piece in that room. They did not make a big deal about charging more although I offered. They were extremely professional, polite, friendly; just really nice people to deal with. They went the extra mile with a smile on their face. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. They are permanent on my list!

This was the second time we used them, and since then my in-laws have used them as well with the same results. After having them move us to our storage unit, we had them move us to the new house (closing delayed). So, we have now used them 3 times.
The move to the Storage Unit was quick and efficient as previously stated in a former review, however the move to the house was even better. They were beyond careful not to "scrape or ding" the walls of the 3 story spiral staircase, laid down a number of barriers to protect the hand scraped wood floors and carpet, and were very mindful of the handling of our furniture and items.
They also assisted in laying out some of the over-sized items until we were happy with the location. I know this was a challenging move with a 3 story house and only a spiral staircase. Not one word of discontentment, and they got just about all the boxes where we wanted them. ( we had a few incorrectly marked.)
Given the size of our move and that they moved us twice in a two week period we were actually amazed that there were only a few breaks with non-essential glassware. Not one ding, scratch or chip in any of the high end crystal, and they unpacked all the art to inspect after the move to make sure everything transported well.
Extremely pleased, unfortunately I don't see another move in our future for a number of years, but these guys were by far the best move we have ever experienced.

The guys call before arrival as planned, and showed up at the house about 10 minutes ahead of schedule. Our house was not even close to being ready for the movers, but the RMS crew was not distracted, nor did they display any signs of inconvenience. They remained very professional and simply offered solutions to help the move go as easy as possible.
RMS took the time to carefully wrap ALL my furniture, as well as other items that I would not have wrapped. They wrapped protective blankets around all the corners of my house and did not scrape one wall or corner.
When they arrived at the new house the next day, the good experience continued, with nothing scratched or broken.
I would absolutely recommend Rescue Moving Service to anyone needing fast, and reliable relocation services.

Rescue Moving Services - this hard-working crew of four were wonderful to work with. Not only were they professional and courteous, but warm and flexible to our changing priorities. They covered and shrink-wrapped every piece of furniture, and helped dismantle and setup cabinets and other larger pieces, including washer/dryer.
All phone calls were promptly returned, and Danielle was very nice to work with. He sent an estimator to do a walk-though of the house. The estimate was provided by the same person (Mike) who would be part of the crew doing the move. He explained that he could provide a full move estimate or we could opt to pay by the hour for a crew of 3, or a crew of 4. The invoice was extremely close, and slightly under the estimate.
We have nothing but good things to say about this crew. They were extremely patient and respectful of our aged parents, and with us. They took care of the fragile pieces and helped provide larger boxes when we needed it at the last minute. We would not hesitate to call them again. Thank you Mike, Joe, Armando and Orlando - you made a stressful day rather easy for us!

They always shrinking wrap and pad everything. So everything is protected. They provide free installation and un-installation of appliances. They are insured and bonded. They are just really nice. I have had them move my mom and to move me. I know that guy and he is just very friendly. They do a very good job taking care of your furniture and they watch what they are doing.
