These guys were great.  We'd had another company out to look at our broken garage door.  Knowing full well we needed it replaced immediately they failed to tell us their truck was in the shop and it would be next week before they could help us.  My husband called Reliable; talked to Johnny who gave us a price over the phone (better than the previous company) and said they could be out that very afternoon.  True to his promise the technician arrived on time and within two hours we had a new door. Great service!

The garage broke on saturday morning, I called saturday mid morning and Luis showed up at noon. He was very professional, worked quickly and salvaged the bent track to save me money instead of just replacing it. I'm very impressed with his work and professionalism.

I am completely satisfied with my service from Reliable Garage Door Co. Roger was our service tech, and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He thoroughly inspected the door and made suggestions on what needed to be done and made the appropriate repairs. He made suggestions on some other repairs, but was not pushy about these extras by any means. I feel very comfortable and confident with the service they provided, and I would use and recommend them to anyone.

They did exactly as promised, on time, professional and the price was as quoted.

Spring and roller insulation was very fast. Seems like it was less than one hour. Door worked flawlessly from the get-go. Technician was pleasant and congenial.

My experience with company went pretty well. They arrived on schedule, they were very courteous and they did a good job. They were very reliable and on time.

Faced with a broken garage door opener that had failed on a Sunday morning, I took to the internet to find someone who might come out that day. We were leaving town the next day and had to get it fixed or postpone our trip. I was surprised when they answered thier phone when I called that morning (not a recording!). The polite and professional man said they did indeed work on Sunday and could have someone there within two hours. I think he quoted me a trip charge that would be credited to us if we had work done, but I don't recall how much that was. In any event, two men showed up precisely when they were supposed to. They examined the door opener, quoted me a price for a replacement which they had on their truck. It took them all of 45 minutes to make the installation, removing the old unit and cleaning up after themselves. They even programmed both our cars' garage door opener interface for us! They were polite and professional and we would recommend them, and use them again.

The installation was outstanding as was their price, service, and response time. I would highly recommend Reliable Garage Door Co.

Overall, I was very happy with Reliable Garage Door Co. A metal piece broke off one of my garage door openers. I called Reliable Garage Doors for an estimate. The gentleman on the phone was surprisingly and refreshingly friendly and helpful. He set up my appointment and assigned a technician. Matt, the Service Tech, arrived on time. He evaluated the problem, seemed to know his business very well, didn't urge me to replace stuff that could be repaired, did the work we agreed upon with precision and in record time, cleaned up after himself, was extremely polite, easy to talk to, and pleasant the entire time. In addition to the necessary repair of the one door opener, he recommended a tune up of both garage doors. The one door opener is 6 years old (that's the one that broke); the other is 15-20 years old! Neither door had ever had a tune-up. Both of them made a heck of a racket, and both appeared to be on their last legs. I was skeptical at first. I am a very cautious and particular customer, and I don't have a lot of money. Matt answered all my questions pleasantly and with understanding. He got to work on the things that absolutely NEEDED to be done while I went inside and thought about his other recommendations. I elected to do almost everything he recommended.

Three months later, I'm still very glad that I chose to have the work done. I cannot believe the improvement in the operation of my doors! And they're SO QUIET! I think I will get several more years out of my current set-up, thanks to the work that Matt recommended and completed with care.

The only negative: their pricing was a little steep. I don't feel great about that. The labor was reasonable. The repair of the broken door was reasonable. But the rollers Matt sold me were ridiculously pricey. I'm glad I bought them, I think. I also purchased two remotes which could each have been purchased for about 25% less at the local Home Depot ($50 vs $37.50 each), but Matt programmed them for me and left me with a much better, more user-friendly set-up than I had before. I don't feel bad about that price difference at all.

If you want great, reliable, trustworthy service and are willing to spend a little more for it, I HIGHLY recommend this company! To me, that kind of service is ALWAYS worth a little more! You can COUNT on them. Nice!

They called on a Saturday shortly after requesting a quote and sent someone out immediatly to provide a quote to fix or replace my damaged garage door. They reviewed the options that were available as well as a quote on the spot for two different options. The following Monday, I provided my decision and they set up a time for install on the phone. They arrived on time with were very professional in the removal and installation of the new door. The even took the old door with them (as well as hardware) so I did not have to deal with disposal. They connected my existing garage door opener up and even helped with programming additional remotes. The quoted price was exactly what I paid and I was very pleased with the finished work.

Shelby came out to service my garage door the same day I called. He replaced the springs, rollers and gears. He was professional and cleaned up after himself. Price wasn't cheap, but he was worth it. My garage door now works smooth and perfect!
