QUALITY LANDSCAPE

I'm happy with the job i received from this company. They poured a concrete footing for the flower bed first. Then they came back and layed the colorful stones in mortar. I have the prettiest flowerbed in my neighborhood. I've used this company before. They built a retaining wall for me about 3 years ago. It still looks good. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality of work. Felix came to my house with lots of pictures to help me decide what I want. He then wrote up a contract. The contract said I had to pay $400.00 up front. This is 1/3 of the total price so I didn't mind paying the upfront. I think it is so he can buy materials. I payed a similar upfront when he did the retaining wall. So I was familiar with his contracts and knew what to expect. I payed the balance both times at the completion of the job and everything was fine. I did have to call him a couple times to drill the drainage holes. He did eventually show up and take care of this.
