Yes, the prices are cheap but that is where all this ends. On a hottest
summer day, my compressor blew up literally. Let me explain.
I owned a fine York units(3 & 5 ton) that had been efficiently serving my
needs for well over a decade. Maintenance was pristine down to the core.
Well, I got a referral through the original owner who came by and
talked me into giving the "new" owner some business.
Fast forward, this company do not follow any guidelines or protocols.
Schedules are botched up, and the owner does not remember anything. He
should have quit  when he had full control of his mental state. He and
his new hire hand would work on something and leave in the middle of 
the work and completely forget about the job and not return!  Holly
Molly! Save yourself the aggravation and avoid this company at all cost.
