Polished Edge Design Concrete

Provider completed the work but air/gas bubbles appear throughout the finish. There are some unfinished edges and chipped areas. Toilets were removed in bath areas, placed in tubs and never reinstalled. Concrete stain was splashed on walls and edges of tubs and never cleaned. We asked the provider to return to the house to correct the bubbles/problem. After a week of not returning our calls, we reached him by calling from a different number. He returned to our home, acknowledged that the floors were unsatisfactory and committed to return to our home the following Saturday to fix the flooring. He never showed up, never called, texted or mailed. To this date, he will not return our calls and has not fixed the flooring. I would NEVER recommend this provider. Absolute worst service that we have received while remodeling our home. This provider has been completely dishonest with us. The stain is a nice color, but the air bubbles ruin the look.
