Everything started out well, prior to agreeing to use them for my mortgage, they called and emailed occasionally. They quoted me $3,200 for closing costs and favorable rates. Once I signed all the papers things started to go downhill. I advised them several weeks in advance of the closing date, I contacted them the week before as well as the day before and they said everything was on target. On the day of the closing suddenly there was delays because of some minor details in the contract which they had a week in advance. Then there was a follow up inspection suddenly required, the closing dragged out for 3 days. During the 3 days, I was constantly told it will be this afternoon, then first thing in the morning. They were totally unprofessional and did not return my calls. I was quite calm when I called and emailed them yet they failed to return my calls. It was not until I surprised them by parking myself in their office that I got results. Bottom line "DON"T USE THEM"
