Noblitt Contractors

Pro's: Reasonable response time (came out the day after I called).  Reasonably prompt to arrive (said they'd arrive between 8 -8:30, arrived  8:40).  Leak fixed.
Con's: They charged 28% more than they quoted.  They tried to justify this by saying they charge by the hour.  No wonder they sent 3 men to fix one leak in one small pipe!   Two men stood around doing nothing for more than an hour. 
Even tho the leak was exposed, they had to dig a small (18" x 18") section around the leak for better access.  Afterwards they did not replace ALL the dirt back into the hole, so now the sod over the repair sits significantly lower than the adjacent sod in our yard.  The dirt they didn't replace, they put in a bucket and put back in their truck.

They do more commercial work than they do residential. The prices are quite high probably because of that reason. They are totally honest. I have used them so much that I know the guys. I trust them 100%.

Satisfied with work but price considered high. Service call is $88.50 and hourly rate $68.50. Two toilets repaired on July 6th. I decided to have the third toilet done. Parts were not on the truck, so when the plumber returned on July 7th I was billed for another service call. Parts markup seemed high. For example Fluidmaster fill valve was $19.89 each. Hardware store price about $8.00. I would use them again but I would try to combine several jobs since minimum charge will be $157 (88.50+68.50).

We've used them quite a bit. They will come whenever we call. They will call and tell us immediately when they will be here. They do good work at a reasonable price.

I was pretty pleased with the work that they did. I thought they were expensive. I would not use them again in the future.

The gas line was collapsed years ago (ground water in it) years ago. Now I want to bring gas to the house. NOBLITT brothers dig a new ditch in the yard and put a new pipes in.

Didn't show good attitude when there are argument with the customer.

Diane (?) from the main office initially explained how they operate, including some caveats about dealing w/ resurfaced enclosures. It didn't sound too promising for our particular situation as we had the requirement (preference) that they not have to cut into the shower tile surround as we had just had it resurfaced. They (Ronny) were able to match the desired hardware finish satisfactorily and averted any need to cut into the surround. He was friendly and professional. Not a big detraction, but I'm still having to re-tighten the turn-knob on the one faucet as it still repeatedly comes loose with use-not being a professional I'm uncertain how tight to tighten it without risking breaking the plastic knob.

It went good except that I felt like it was priced way too high for the services done. They were easy to work with and they cleaned up their mess. He was extremely knowledgeable and very, very nice. I had no problem with him, the price was just too expensive.

I have used Noblitt for many years and they are always very dependable and courteous to us when they come out. Their prices are fair and the contractors are always clean and professional.
