I had a lot of trouble finding someone that could help me with a complicated pool light replacement until I found No Worries Pool Care. They came out very quickly, for a great price, and did top notch work replacing the light, the concrete, and the electrical box. They even rerouted the wiring so that it doesn’t get stuck again. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the cost, and I would absolutely recommend them for any pool needs. I’ll definitely call them again for mine.

On Labor Day, we noticed that our pool water level was going down even after we had just filled it up. My husband is pretty knowledgeable about pool stuff and he figured out there was not a leak in the pool itself but either an issue with the equipment or a busted pipe leading to the equipment. We called No Worries Pool Care who had been recommended to us by our former realtor. We left a message since it was on Labor Day and when we hadn't received a phone call back on Tuesday afternoon, we called again and were told they would send someone out to our house. On Wednesday afternoon, we hadn't heard anything and we called them again. They said they had sent someone out that day, that the problem was fixed and that they would send us an invoice. We were never told what the problem was and when we got home from work that night, my husband saw that the problem had not been fixed at all as the water level was still going down. Thursday morning, we received the invoice via email for $77.00 for a replacement of the O-ring, which was pretty expensive for such little work. My husband called Stephanie and Casey directly. They were very unprofessional and Casey said he would come out again to look at the pool. We never heard anything from them until we called them again on Friday morning to check on the status. Casey said we needed to have a leak detection done and that he "would get right on it", which we interpreted to mean he would actually get the job done soon. Friday afternoon after we had been waiting around all day on him, we finally called back. He said "oh yeah, I can't get to that until Monday" and then pretty much hung up the phone. That was the last straw for us. We had to call them nonstop to even get answers, they never told us what they fixed when they fixed it, they were very unprofessional and unfriendly on the phone and they didn't even finish the job. We called them back to tell them we would be finding someone else to do the job and all Casey said was "alright" and then literally hung up the phone. We will never use No Worries Pool Care again and would not recommend them to any of our friends. Very disappointing customer service.

The booster pump was not wired correctly so it kept shutting off.  The pool filter kept leaking.  I called Casey and he said he's come out.  He showed up a few days later on a Sunday, (as usual, no call or appointment before he arrived).  He said the problem with the pump shutting off was the 30 amp 110V line wasn't delivering enough power.  He told me he was going to switch it over to 220V power which apparently both pumps would support by changing a switch but the breaker he showed up with wouldn't fit my box.  He left for Home Depot but came back saying they didn't have the right part.  I told him I was concerned my pool would go green before he got back.  He said he'd be back Tuesday and that it wouldn't be any worse than it was already and his tone made it clear he didn't want to be argued with.  Not wanting to argue with him, I finally conceded.  I told him I would be gone Tuesday on business.  He said to leave the garage unlocked and he'd be back out to fix it.

He showed up that Tuesday but according to my wife, was only here five minutes.  H installed a 220 volt 30 amp breaker but it looked like a 110 volt as he didn't break out the panel piece in the the breaker box which I've since done.  When I returned from my trip, I sent him an e-mail which he didn't respond to.  I called him.  He didn't answer and didn't call me back.  I called the Home Warranty company on July 27, August 6 and again today, August 11.  He still hasn't called or come back.  (See update above of August 19, 2012.)

If you work with Casey and Stephanie, plan on very little professionalism such as returned phone calls or e-mails.  Don't expect them to before an appointment to make sure you'll be there etc.  Don't give them your credit card until all the work is done and check it over thoroughly because they probably will be hard to get back out.  Definitely pay by credit card rather than check or cash so you can stop payment if there is a problem.
Probably the best advise is to find a reliable pool contractor and stay away from No Worries Pool Care as my experience has been the opposite.

When you are loyal to your service provider and pay your bills on time, you shoud expect the courtesy of a returned phone call and a sense of urgency for your problem.  No Worries Pool care appears to have broken the pump for our pool and now cannot be reached.
Next call is the the BBB.

Stephanie and Casey are absolutely fabulous and I would highly recommend to anyone needing pool service. We had them do pool service for us a couple of times and had them give us pool school since we were new to pools. They were very nice and answered my questions, they even came by a couple of times when they were in the area at no charge to trouble shoot some equipment issues and add chemicals. We are planning on using them occasionally when the need arises. Again, these are great people and would not hesitate in using them.

We were having trouble balancing pool and getting some equipment to work. They came out promptly, were very helpful and we have used them since then.
