I had a lot of trouble finding someone that could help me with a complicated pool light replacement until I found No Worries Pool Care. They came out very quickly, for a great price, and did top notch work replacing the light, the concrete, and the electrical box. They even rerouted the wiring so that it doesn’t get stuck again. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the cost, and I would absolutely recommend them for any pool needs. I’ll definitely call them again for mine.

On Labor Day, we noticed that our pool water level was going down even after we had just filled it up. My husband is pretty knowledgeable about pool stuff and he figured out there was not a leak in the pool itself but either an issue with the equipment or a busted pipe leading to the equipment. We called No Worries Pool Care who had been recommended to us by our former realtor. We left a message since it was on Labor Day and when we hadn't received a phone call back on Tuesday afternoon, we called again and were told they would send someone out to our house. On Wednesday afternoon, we hadn't heard anything and we called them again. They said they had sent someone out that day, that the problem was fixed and that they would send us an invoice. We were never told what the problem was and when we got home from work that night, my husband saw that the problem had not been fixed at all as the water level was still going down. Thursday morning, we received the invoice via email for $77.00 for a replacement of the O-ring, which was pretty expensive for such little work. My husband called Stephanie and Casey directly. They were very unprofessional and Casey said he would come out again to look at the pool. We never heard anything from them until we called them again on Friday morning to check on the status. Casey said we needed to have a leak detection done and that he "would get right on it", which we interpreted to mean he would actually get the job done soon. Friday afternoon after we had been waiting around all day on him, we finally called back. He said "oh yeah, I can't get to that until Monday" and then pretty much hung up the phone. That was the last straw for us. We had to call them nonstop to even get answers, they never told us what they fixed when they fixed it, they were very unprofessional and unfriendly on the phone and they didn't even finish the job. We called them back to tell them we would be finding someone else to do the job and all Casey said was "alright" and then literally hung up the phone. We will never use No Worries Pool Care again and would not recommend them to any of our friends. Very disappointing customer service.

The booster pump was not wired correctly so it kept shutting off. The pool filter kept leaking. I called Casey and he said he's come out. He showed up a few days later on a Sunday, (as usual, no call or appointment before he arrived). He said the problem with the pump shutting off was the 30 amp 110V line wasn't delivering enough power. He told me he was going to switch it over to 220V power which apparently both pumps would support by changing a switch but the breaker he showed up with wouldn't fit my box. He left for Home Depot but came back saying they didn't have the right part. I told him I was concerned my pool would go green before he got back. He said he'd be back Tuesday and that it wouldn't be any worse than it was already and his tone made it clear he didn't want to be argued with. Not wanting to argue with him, I finally conceded. I told him I would be gone Tuesday on business. He said to leave the garage unlocked and he'd be back out to fix it. He showed up that Tuesday but according to my wife, was only here five minutes. H installed a 220 volt 30 amp breaker but it looked like a 110 volt as he didn't break out the panel piece in the the breaker box which I've since done. When I returned from my trip, I sent him an e-mail which he didn't respond to. I called him. He didn't answer and didn't call me back. I called the Home Warranty company on July 27, August 6 and again today, August 11. He still hasn't called or come back. (See update above of August 19, 2012.) If you work with Casey and Stephanie, plan on very little professionalism such as returned phone calls or e-mails. Don't expect them to before an appointment to make sure you'll be there etc. Don't give them your credit card until all the work is done and check it over thoroughly because they probably will be hard to get back out. Definitely pay by credit card rather than check or cash so you can stop payment if there is a problem. Probably the best advise is to find a reliable pool contractor and stay away from No Worries Pool Care as my experience has been the opposite.
Description of Work: Casey was selected by my home warranty company. He was supposed to fix the pool filter which was leaking. He also suggested that I add a booster pump for my Polaris which was running off the main pump and gave me an estimate via e-mail. Casey didn't call before coming out and when I answered the e-mail estimate from his wife Stephanie, that wasn't replied to. When I asked why they didn't call before showing up so I knew they were coming, Stephanie said that was her fault. When I asked Casey why they didn't respond to my e-mail, he said his wife had a miscarriage. I don't know if that is true or not as the behavior hasn't changed. It took multiple phone calls and almost 90 days to get back out here to do the initial repairs. He still doesn't return phone calls or e-mails although sometimes he answers his phone, although its been 30 days since I was able to get him to answer his phone. Update August 19, 2012 I notified Casey via e-mail that I had stopped payment on the credit card charge and filed this complaint with Angie's List. He e-mailed me back saying he would come out Tuesday August 14th and he did. He brought his drill and attached the timer box to the wall. He tole me he had installed a 30 amp 220V breaker but didn't break out the panel in the breaker box so it showed. I checked the breaker box and he was correct. He put some chemicals in the pool and recommended I do several more things, some of which I did and the pool is looking better. Unfortunately, I still have several small leaks at the top of the filter. When I e-mailed him about this yesterday, August 18, 2012 that I still had several small leaks, he asked me to backwash the filter for 2-3 minutes. I back washed it yesterday and again today. I still have leaks so I have e-mailed him again. < end update August 19, 2012, I changed some of the ratings from F to D. > Casey took apart the sand filter saying that the part that released the air didn't seem to be right. He charged me $96 for the sand plus the $60 service fee I paid him the first time he came out. I hired him to install the booster pump as well. He said he'd be here for an hour, may be two but was here all day although he left a couple times for parts, lunch, etc. His wife said it was her fault for not getting all the parts together before they left to come out. We discussed a timer box as Casey was thinking of running the Polaris off the main timer. I told him I didn't want it running that much, part of the reason I was paying for a separate pump. He said the timer box was included in the price. Casey said he forgot his drill at home so I would need to hook up the box to the wall. I had to leave for a Dr. appointment so I left thinking he would finish the work correctly.

When you are loyal to your service provider and pay your bills on time, you shoud expect the courtesy of a returned phone call and a sense of urgency for your problem. No Worries Pool care appears to have broken the pump for our pool and now cannot be reached. Next call is the the BBB.
Description of Work: I used this pool cleaning service for 6 months and was willing to look past minor issues and gave them multiple second chances. But now they seem to have broken the pool pump while working on it last Tuesday 2/28 and my calls to them during normal business hours are not being returned. Their lack of reponsiveness is why I would NOT recommend this companies. The only ones that seem to have "no worries" are the owners...

Stephanie and Casey are absolutely fabulous and I would highly recommend to anyone needing pool service. We had them do pool service for us a couple of times and had them give us pool school since we were new to pools. They were very nice and answered my questions, they even came by a couple of times when they were in the area at no charge to trouble shoot some equipment issues and add chemicals. We are planning on using them occasionally when the need arises. Again, these are great people and would not hesitate in using them.
