Great, on time, work completed in a timely fashion, good price

Jay came in for an evaluation of the work needed to be done to replace some water-damaged plywood flooring in the upstairs bathroom. I was contemplating on doing the work myself, but could not figure out a good plan without removing the false wall. I removed a section of the floor around the toilet fixture to get a view of the subfloor for Jay. He outlined a strategy and compiled a list of parts. I volunteered my time to remove the floor and clear the space to his specifications to save some of his time. Once I completed the clearing, I set up an appointment to install the floor. Jay came right on time and knocked it out in four hours. He properly fastened all of the supports to the existing structure and replaced all of the insulation prior to sealing up the floor. Jay brought all the pieces of plumbing necessary to replace the toilet fixture, which was of considerable higher quality than the original. Everything was cleaned up (floor, trash, scrap) on completion of the job.  The cost was $200; I threw in $20 for lunch. I was definitely worth the effort.

They are very reliable, punctual, and professional.  They do an excellent job.  They have a great vision on what the final project will look like.  They have great workmanship!  If we ever had any questions with the job, he would come out and speak with us.
