Awesome person to work with

Josh has become a trusted business partner with a rental property I own and as a homeowner. Josh is my go-to person in the area for any issues my tenants may have. He has done simple repairs on the property as well as major. Sadly I was not an Angie's List member so have not reviewed his prior service with me. This time the AC clogged up and began leaking down the wall and across a ceiling from the attic. One call to Josh had not only the AC drainage block opened but he also found a broken pipe and repaired that as well. The leak caused sheetrock damage which Josh repaired and then painted. We were not satisfied with the paint match and he went back and repainted without additional cost. Additionally we had some storms that went through the DFW area and caused some roof damage around our chimney which he also repaired. Lastly as my tenant was moving out, one the trees had a very large limb section break off which he promptly chopped up and hauled away.
All of this is done to a property over 400 miles from where I live so I am unable to constantly check upon his work however his honesty and reliability has been given and proven for the 5 years he has done work for me. I highly recommend MTS.

Josh McLean is a wonderful, honorable Gentleman, with a good sense of humor, who is highly Customer-Service Focused, and who provides high quality work and excellent value. Give Josh and MTS Maintenance a call when you need repairs or remodeling; you'll be happy that you did!

He was a nice young man but got involved in doing a big roofing job so could not do our job. I have no complaints about his service; he returned my call the same day in order to set up an appointment.

They are very pleasant. The owner is here, working with his workers, all the time. He only does a few jobs at a time, because he wants to stay in the loop on all of them, to personally manage the work. He is knowledgeable and helpful. They are very professional and do beautiful work. They are also very careful about safety, which is important when they are working in your home. I can't say enough good things about him. I'd recommend them to anyone!

I'm very satisfied with their work. Their value was good and did good work. They had good communication. I would use them in the future.

He did a very good job. The work was good. He came back three separate times based on my schedule. He worked on my schedule because I could not get there early in the afternoon to let him work for four to five hours. Hence, he had to pay three visits to finish all the work. He came for one hour, then for another hour and finally for three hours to finish the job. His price was the highest bid that I had but I liked him when I spoke with him. He came to my house and did a very good job. I thought that I could trust him. That was how I decided to use him. The quality of work was excellent.

Josh came the day after I called him. He gave me an estimate and finished the job in five days in spite of three days of rain. The job looks great. I will recomend him to my friends and will certainly use him again if necessary.
