moved my furniture last Tuesday and broke my very expensive marble dining table. The mover that day said he would come out with someone else in a day or two to fix it, but of course that never happened. Called the office and a lady said she would send someone out over the weekend, of course that never happened too. Then when I call again on Monday the same lady picks up and suddenly remembers that they have a magical "claims process" that I need to go through in which it'll take them 60-90 days to process my claim. So they took my money the same day before the movers even left but it'll take them almost 3 months to even consider fixing my table. They will break your furniture then just keep going in circles to make you think they'll take care of it, but they're just lying. The whole "company" runs on just one lady over the phone (who was very rude btw) and 2-3 guys. NOT CREDIBLE!!! BTW: I couldn't even get the claim process started because as usual they're having "technical difficulties" and she was unable to send me the claims link -_-

Let me preface by stating that I loathe having to leave negative reviews, but I feel that this one is unfortunately warranted. First of all, on the day of my move, they stated that they would arrive at 8 am. At 10:30 I finally called them and they told me that they had a system issue and that they lost all their reservations. They finally sent someone at 2 PM. My paperwork stated that there would be two 24' trucks. They sent one truck. So 6 hours late and of course they weren't able to fit all my stuff into the truck and by the time they filled their truck they had to come back the next day and finish the job. By the way, I tipped the movers on both days. Also, they left severely damaged walls - in the guest room, a hole actually went completely through the drywall. In the stairs there were two large gashes on my wall. I know these things happen and they stated that I had to file a claim online. I understand these things happen but certainly expected them to make it right. ABSOLUTELY NOT!! First off, their office staff is great, I can honestly say that Olivia at MoveCo is the only reason I'm not getting counsel involved. She was absolutely helpful and responsive. I had to follow up with them weekly just to find out the claim status. They stated that they were currently in between repair services and once they had someone firm that they would be able to send them out. Never happened. I had to reach out on two different occasion after that. I asked if they could simply just write a check to compensate the new buyers since I had just moved out. The new buyers not only had to patch up the holes and the major scratches but had to paint the walls!! The new buyers stated that the repairs would be between $250-$350 due to the fact that the walls needed to be repainted, not just repaired. I completely agree. MoveCo. got their boss Jim involved and he said "absolutely not! he can do $100". I asked for a call back, but "Jim" never called back. Instead, he had his administrator Olivia call me back and said that $100 is the best they could do. 100 freaking dollars!! Hence the reason why we're here. I'm going to have to supplement the additional $150 for a mistake that this company caused. And "Jim" didn't even have the courtesy or the fortitude to tell me himself. He'd rather his staff handle the issue. That should tell you a little of how this company is ran. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. PLEASE READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS!!

One of the best movers I’ve used. MoveCo was on time, efficient and friendly. Not one problem, nothing damaged and everything was reinstalled correctly. They did a great job.

Steer clear of this company. If I could give no stars I would. I used this company for a move on 8.1.2017. The move was unprofessional. The one worker they had was okay. Outside of that do not use this company. The representative called DiVenchy or DaVinci is a liar and likes to restate things to make himself and this poor company look good. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I filed a BBB complaint on this company. I was honest and spent a large amount of my time talking to this DiVenchy or DaVinci person on what went wrong. Instead of taking responsibility for unprofessional workers and not meeting the information on their own website and contract, he tries to deflect to make the customer wrong. You know people like him will always get what they get. He thinks he is being smart in taking advantage of people but in the end the company and he will the the losers. Unfortunately, I did not see all of the bad reviews until it was too late. Believe all of the reviews that state how bad this company is because the are true.

Broke our washer drum (800 worth) and offered us $113.10. They than split that in half because ($56.55 net check) stating they will only take half of the responsibility since we didn't "ask for the drum to be secured" although we were told that it is "NOT required for a in town move" by the driver and the person handling the claim! This is not about money, this is about taking accountability. this is 6 weeks later, we found out it was broken day 2 of the move... We were getting the run around all the way through. When I spoke to Chad (presented himself as "the person in charge"), he seemed unapologetic ... almost like this is routine. I asked for them to send the $56.55 to charity, I'm not signing their "endorsement constitutes full and final release of claim" Bottom line, you get what you pay for, they are cheap, i'll give them that. Not that cheap when you have to buy a new washer and dryer (to match). I should have went with the big boys! Trust me, its cheaper in the long run. I even tipped the movers $100. side note, other than breaking the washer, the movers were great...

The move went like clockwork. I hired this company to help me move my belongings from two storage facilities in two different locations to my new house. The first storage facility was in Keller and the second was in Southlake. Both were 10x10 and completely filled from top to bottom. They packed and moved all of my belongings from these two units to my new house in Flower Mound. I came across this company after receiving a postcard flyer in the mail. The price was $50 an hour for a two-man crew. The truck was an additional $120. Initially I had a U-Haul rented but that truck alone would have cost me nearly $180 so it was cheaper to let Moveco.net use their own truck. The two workers, Dorian and David, appeared on time and were very cordial. They worked hard and fast in the horrible Texas heat. All items were delivered without incident; not a single item broken. I would definitely use this company again and would recommend them to my friends.

DaVinci from MoveCo.net provided an estimate for the move that included wrapping furniture in blankets. None of that happened. Almost every piece of furniture was damaged, including large gashes in the dining room table, bench torn upholstery. Additionally, their moving truck hit our Live Oak tree, put a softball sized hole in their trailer, and they refused to pay for the tree damage. The damage to our furniture probably occurred as a result of hitting the tree. The movers were verbally arguing with one another during the move, and all we wanted was for them to leave. Unfortunately, the owner sent us a letter saying they filed for bankruptcy (who knows if it was true). We tried to get MoveCo to repair the damage, and Duke the owner refused to return my calls. My wife finally got through, and he made offensive remarks to her. This was the worst experience we have ever had with any service provider. We are now working with their insurance carrier, who is busy on Hurricane Ike.

I spoke with several people at MoveCo about the damage to our floors, but was never able to make much progress. They sent a furniture repair company out to putty and dye the scratch. The repairman did not know anything about wood floors, finishes, or repair. When he came to our house, he was incredibly rude and defensive when we asked him what he planned for repairing the scratch. We told MoveCo this company was unacceptable, they told us to get an estimate from someone else for repairs. We did and they said it was too high. They told me to get another estimate, so we got 2 more. They dismissed both as too much and would only offered $80 or their furniture repairman. Duke (owner) was dismissive and rude. It was always hard to get anyone at MoveCo to return calls or email. Eventually we took the $80 to just get on with life.

The company compared their services to a major van-lines, but did not live up to that comparison. They indicated 1 large truck would be used or 2 small trucks, but instead used 1 trailer that required 2 trips. They indicated 3-4 movers would be used, but instead 2 men and 1 lady. They worked hard, but not smart. Very large and heavy items were moved by a single person (dining room table, queen bed mattress). Luckily only a few items were damaged, but they definitely handled furniture roughly by not using 2 people. They did not seem concerned about tracking dirt or mud in the house. The movers tried to convince me there was a difference between dirt and mud, I didn't want either tracked into the house. They insisted on unloading the furniture and crossing the yard rather than using a long sidewalk from the front driveway, but still not what I wanted. Definitely an inexpensive move, but I regret my choice.

The movers did not take as much care as we thought they should with our belongings. They were friendly, but unprofessional and we had some antiques that were damaged from the move. My husband tried 3-4 times to contact the Dallas manager to get a receipt to give to his company. The manager said he would send the receipt and we have never received it.
